I accidentally moved all my contacts to computer and out of iCloud. how do I put back?

I thought I was saving a copy to my desktop and when it said replace I thought it meant replace the old copy on my desktop with the newer version and then the whole contacts are in a different look and I can't use it in various ways I used to be able to use it. How do I put it back on cloud (if that's what I've done - take it off cloud)? I don't understand the product list below. It has a dot on ipad but I am talking about my desktop and there is no choice there for that.

Consolidate your iTunes Library
As for the other part of the question, iTunes syncs with Apple devices.
Simply copy the media desired from the computer to the microSD card. This has nothing to do with iTunes.

If the contacts were stored on icloud, then be sure the device is connected to icloud (Settings>icloud) and also that contacts are turned on (on the same screen in settings).

Unless you are int the U.S, then you can use icloud beta. Open itunes store, click Purchased, under Quick Links.

I don't see anything in Help that shows when you already have transfered all the files over. Why would it want to erase and sync when I already have all the music folder copied over? I didn't have an issue when I had another technician copy from one laptop to another. Home sharing is also on but not being recognized.

I suspect you only migrated the media folder instead of the complete working library. Either review the transfer process and copy over the entire iTunes folder from your old profile's music folder or see Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

You could try Events -> Autosplit Selected Event
And you always need a back up. Always.

Whem i'm doing the backup it automaticaly saves contacts.....because i've synced with another computer anf it deleted all my contacts...and i really need them!!!!!

If you haven't been using your phone as recommended, then you've lost all your contacts. Contacts should be synched to your computer (Address Book, Outlook) or a cloud service (MobileMe, Google) for safekeeping. The iPhone was never intended to be a storage device.
If you haven't been using your phone as recommended and synching your contacts as above, frankly, you've no one to blame for your loss of data but yourself.
On that topic, are you making regular backups of your computer's data as well? Hard drives WILL fail.

All media should be in iTunes on the computer, simply sync it back.

The iphone is designed to be synced to your computer regularly. Your contacts will be in whatever program ( outlook, address book, etc) that you have been synxing. Sync them back.
If you have failed to sync them, then they are likely gone. You can try restoring from backup.

My phone number is same as phone that was lost. When the rep from Bell in Moose Jaw, sask all my contacts, text messages, and only some of my pictures and videos came through but, not all of them, it loaded my oldest pictures and videos. I want the latest pictures and videos, how do I do that? I also purchased 15 GB Icloud storage, when I go into the "Manage Storage" at the bottom of screen it says 12.1 GB available of 15.0 GB on icloud the processing bar has only moved slightly and just stays that way. On your iPhone tap Settings > iCloud
Make sure Photo Stream is switched on.
iCloud does not store videos. Images only.

That is normal for photos synced from a computer to a phone using iTunes. Synced photos were never placed in the Camera Roll. Additionally since iOS 8 there is no Camera Roll: http://appleinsider.com/articles/14/09/19/goodbye-camera-roll-where-to-find-your -photos-in-ios-8

What model iPad do you have? If it's an iPad 1, the battery may have expired and needs replacement.
