nope, not unless you have the data backed up in iCloud or on a computer.

I don't think so.  You should post your question with an informative title, not just "HELP".  You may get better replies.  Try this "iPhone Accidentally Restored as iPod - Data Lost"

Okay ... you might be able to get back some of your past purchases if your country's iTunes Store supports redownloading past purchases. See the following document for instructions:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
... but if you didn't maintain a back-up, then other content (songs that you'd ripped yourself from CDs and so forth) is gone, and you'd have to reimport it.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option which is revealed in the iTunes app on your iOS device by tapping the more button at the bottom of the screen.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

Welcome to the Apple community Jack.
If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple IDand that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

  • I lost my phone. Is there anyway I can get my most recent photos, notes, etc. onto my iCloud?

I lost my phone. Is there anyway I can get my most recent photos, notes, etc. onto my iCloud before someone deletes my files?

If you had not already setup iCloud on the device before you lost it, then no - there is no way. If you had already setup iCloud, your data would automatically be in iCloud.

  • Just restored backup from a month ago by accident is there anyway I can get all my stuff back ? I don't have iCloud ?

BBasically what I've done is the question

I'm not sure about older versions, but in Pages 3.x (OS X 10.9.x) select File > Revert To > Browse All Versions.  Hopefully there will be an earlier version that you can "revert to".

  • I downloaded an app and I don't like it is there anyway I can get my money back?

Okay so I bought this app everyone was like its great you should so get it! But when I got it i didn't like it I was wondering is there any way I could get my money back?

iTunes states that all sales are final. They do not normally give refunds. You can contact iTunes support and ask, but do not be surprised if they say no. That has always been Apple policy and is stated on the iTunes page. Contact iTunes support here: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

  • I found my old classic  ipod after 5 years and I wanted all the music from it , and it ended up restoring it and everything is now gone :( is there anyway I can get them back ??

I found my old classic ipod after 5 years and I wanted all the music from it , and I plugged it onto my computer and it ended up deleting everything how can or can I retreve them ?

The Restore erases the iPod's hard drive, so the song files are gone.
It is like an external hard drive (if you set the iPod to Enable disk use), so standard data recovery utilities may (?) allow you to recover erased data, like you might from a regular external hard drive.

  • I plug my ipod in and it starts to charge but i open itunes and it says its synced with a diff library. my music is gone. is there anyway i can get my music back to my itunes, most of it is cds and downloads no itunes stuff cuz i had a zune. PLZ HELP!

I plug my ipod into my computer and it begins to charge, then in the bottom right corner it says installing device driver, and then says digital still camera failed. Im not sure what that means.  Then when i open my itunes all my music is gone from my library and i dont know why.  it says that my ipod is synced with a different library and gives me the option to transfer purchases, or erase and sync.  All my music and stuff is still on my ipod but i dont know how to get it back into my itunes.  Like eight of my songs are actually from itunes, the rest is from cds, and downloads, and my zune music because i had a zune, but broke it.  Is there any way to fix this? Please?!? I beg for an answer. Please Help me, I dont Know what to Do. I want to be able to put more music on and there is no way im erasing the content of my ipod. PLEASE HELP

That's what backups are for. Use Time Machine. It's free and external drives are cheap. To recover your iPhone's content requires the use of third party utilities. Success is not guaranteed. Read:

A restore erases everything from your device, if you didn't back them up to your computer or backup your iPad then they are gone.

Saw this solution on another post about an iPad in a school enviroment. Might work on your iPad so you won't lose everything.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
    1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
    2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
    3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
    4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
    5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
    6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
    7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
    8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Try it and good luck. You have nothing more to lose if it doesn't work for you.
