I accidentally said 'always trust' for a certificate, how do I repair that?

I was presented with an 'untrusted certificate' warning om my iPhone. Thinking I knew this was because of a self-signed certificate I use I said always trust. But that probably was not the one after all as I have set up my own trusted root cert which is added to the phone.
So, I was wondering, what certificate was this and for what usage?
I am particularly interested in finding out because many organizationa sand companies these days employ standard 'man in the middle' 'attacks' (for content checks) where they do an decrypt-encrypt cycle and fake the certificate. Have I accidentally put 'always trust' on such a scheme?
Anyway, I can find the profiles my company has installed for BYOD. But I can't find any other certificates in Settings, e.g. No keychain to look at.
What can I do?

When you say freeze, how long for? The Finder may just be temporarily bogged down and unresponsive. If I had the time and I was you I'd just leave it overnight to see how things go.
If not you may have to boot in via the CLI and do things from there. This is something I can't help with though I'm sure someone will chime in with some info.

Well if you got the Phone Pggray43 at a Local Corporate store in your Area) you should be able to return it as long as you have all the contents.! Phone, Charger and any other accessories that came with it the Box of Course.. As long as you have not went past the 14 Day return.. the store can go over what you used as in Air Time and Data..
Now if you've went past the 14 Day return you be Liable to pay a E.T.F = Early Termination Fee the fee for this is around $300 so hopefully you have not went past the 14 Day return window the Manager if Available is the one I would talk to tell them your on Social Security and you just can't afford a phone as this I'm sure they'll work with you to get something solved..

I believe once you set and input the password on your iPhone it will NEVER ask you for it again, unless you restore your phone as a new device.
So, set a password, input it, then you shouldn't see that popup anymore.

Whoa, it sounds like you're confusing two very different things.
iCloud initially comes allowing 5GB of free storage (for backups, etc.).
Your iPad (or are you talking about an iPhone in the wrong forum?) comes with some number of tens of gigabytes of storage, which cannot be added to.
So something doesn't make sense in your comment.

Using version 5.0.1 to access Bank of America web-based cash reporting. Have 2 different certificates for 2 different accounts. Accidentally left the box to always use this certificate selected, now I can't access the other bank account because I can't switch between the certificates.

I appreciate the replies - have discovered that if i go to the certificate needed for the site, double click on it, then lunch the site, it seems to resolve the error. However, it would be nice if the pop-up box containing the certificates available to use would come back up, without the option to always use this certificate for this site option unchecked.

Our Desktop Support alerted me to an issue in which a client received a pop-up notification about activating Office within 30 days.
I started to dig into our KMS Service, having inherited it from a prior, now gone for greener pastures colleague of mine.
I see the Office 2010 key on the KMS Server and there is a corresponding DNS SRV record for the Server.

We might consider to use Volume Activation Management Tool to check the Activation Information:

Or we could take a look into the application log for event ID 12288, 12289 as well as 12290. (the 12288 and 12289 should be in pairs: client query-kms response)
