I accidentaly hit a setting to hide my address bar and all my other buttons like "file" or "tools" and I cant figure out how to get them back. Now i cant even type in an adress to go to another website because there is no place to type it.

I accidentaly hit a feature that allowed me to hide everything on the top of my browser. Now All i have are the options of "most visited, Getting Started and Latest Headlines." I have no place to type in a website address, no options such as "file" or "tools" or even the back or refresh button. How do I return it to the original settings?

if you hid the menu bar and the navigation bar simply press the alt button, this will bring back the menu bar and form there you can right click and select which bars you want shown

Right click on or near one of the other headers and a pop-up will appear and you will be able to select the Basic Panel for viewing.

Why did my strokes change back to uniform after I used livepaint? Now I can't even figure out how to change them back. Any suggestions?

I created an image and tried to color it using livepaint. Afterwards, my strokes changed back to uniform in appearance and I can't change them back. Why? Or any suggestions on what I might try?

LIvepaint can only work with standard strokes.
If you want to color something that uses brush strokes or variable width you need to first expand it (object > expand appearance)

What if I don't want to save it anywhere, I just want to view it and close it?

Decided to upgrade from an old PowerBook G4, mostly for eyesight issues. Bought a new Mac Mini and hooked it up to an Apple A1267 Cinema Monitor. I cannot even figure out how to turn them on. Help please.

I am exhausted just getting to the point of being allowed to ask my question. I recently decided to upgrade from an old PowerBook G4 that we have used for years, and am using now. I bought a new Mac Mini and a reconditioned Apple A1267 Monitor that was working beautifully when hooked to a slightly newer PowerBook in the store. Both the Mini and the monitor are plugged in, and attached to each other but I feel light a dolt. I cannot even figure out how to turn them on or even get a power light to come on. Can someone help me?

sync the ringtones you downloaded to your iphone.
then you can set up the ringtones you like to the callers in the contacts list

AddThis - I get "unauthoriozed to access service" b/c I accidentially hit a lockout button and I cannot figure out how to get back my site authorization for this computer.

I am certain I accidentally hit a button that said something about restricting access. It happened fast. I now cannot send email from sites or use AddThis to send things to others. I am not a sophisticated user but have gone through the Privacy and Security settings on Mozilla and can't find where I can restrict or unrestrict my access to this feature. When I try, I get a message that I am "unauthorized to access this service". Many thanks - I know is is simple, I just don't know where to find it.

Photo Stream is not a respository for archiving photos. It is a cloud storage device that will store the last month or last 1000 photos taken by any device on the same Apple ID, and then will "share" those photos with all other devices that have Photo Stream turned on,and that are logged onto the same Apple ID.
iCloud backups will contain all of the photos that were on your camera roll the last time you backed up your device.
If you have photos outside of the Photo Stream parameters, and they are not all on your current camera roll, then you have no way to retrieve them unless you have imported them to the computer you sync with or have uploaded them to some other cloud service like DropBox.

At home the address bar etc is grey but my settings are for rose. At work using the colour settings the address bar is rose. I have a different setup with icons on the two screens. At home I have the refresh icon between the search bar and address bar, at work I can't find the refresh icon. I have tried customizing and all I still can't the same screens. Both computers are running Windows XP. I believe I am running the same version of Firefox in both computers.
