I accidently ordered an album instead of the movie. is there anyway i can return or delete that purchase?

Hey everybody its my first time ordering something from itunes and i accidently oredered an album instead of the movie I am really stuck dont know if i can even do anything about it but sure am curious as to fixing this issue please help. tech support is closed and need a responce asap.!

Open iTunes
Navigate to iTunes Store:Account:Purchase History
Click on "Report a Problem"
Fill out the form detailing why you're seeking a refund.
Apple should respond within 48 hours.

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

No. Not unless you did a backup that included that voice memo, then you could restore from that backup.

After installinf ios6 I lost all contacts, I could not get them back so I hit restore. This restored the phone to 4 months back. The phone did not give me the option to restore from the cloud. is there anyway I can now restore from the cloud?

How many backups are in the cloud? When I installed ios6 it backed up to the cloud, since then I restored the phone trying to regain my contacts. At this point the used the last backup I performed on the computer 5 months ago. I never had the oppertunity to restore from the cloud. Is there anyway I can now restoe from the cloud and would it have the backup that was performed when I installed ios6?

Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your phone. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your phone is new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

No. This question gets asked daily...FaceTime has been permanetly removed from your phone at the request of the Saudi government, there is no way to get it on your phone. Sell your phone & purchase a phone elsewhere if you want FaceTime.

You should ahve been syncing the contacts with your computer all along. Just sync them to the new one.
Everything should be on your computer as you should have been syncing.
If you failed to sync everything with your computer, then you can try restoring from the last backup.

I updated yesterday to iOS 6, but it has brought me some problems. I rather stay with the 5.1.1 version as it was. Just I cannot find the software download to do this.

It might be possible if you had the Find My iPod Touch app installed on it. If it's a 4G iPod Touch, you could try calling yourself via FaceTime if you had that set up as well. If the volume is up high enough or you are close enough in proximity, you might be able to hear it.
Otherwise, there really aren't any other ways of using your computer to help locate it. Sorry.
