Sounds like the device was restored with a backup for your device.
To rectify, plug the device into the computer it normally syncs with and restore.

i googled for answer to resolve the zoom problem. all the anwers just told you to read links but didn't tell how to fix the screem back to normal then it can be able to go to Setting to fix the zoom funciton. HOWEVER, I accidentally found the solution myself by using a fingers or more
to draw circles clockwise on the screen....it will reset it normally. I spent hours trying to go diagonally, compressively still didn't work.

When I go to certain web sites it automaticallly puts in my password even though I didn't ask the site to save it how can I get it to stop?

Example is facebook as soon as I get to the log in page it fills in my password even though I have never asked it to remember my password. I am afraid to do other sites on my mac because others use it and i don't want them accessing my bank accounts. How do i make sure that it won't?

Some sites use cookies to remember login details. Delete the cookies for the site, and when you next log in check for a setting similar to "Remember me" or "Always keep me logged in" and make sure that it is not selected. Just got a new computer. How do I put the music, ect. on my IPod onto the ITunes on the new computer?
I downloaded ITunes onto the new computer, plugged in my Ipod, and a box popped up asking to either erase or transfer what was on my Ipod. I'd read before we put up the new computer that all you have to do is click the Transfer button and it will put all the music, ect. onto the ITunes account. Well, it didn't work. The page where it shows the bar that shows the memory is on the ITunes and shows exactly what it did on the old computer, but that's it. There's no music, nothing. I logged on to my ITunes account, that did nothing. What can I do? There has to be SOMETHING. Thanks so much!

1). Connect your iPod to your new computer. When you get the message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod.
2). When your iPod appears in the iTunes source list change the update setting to manual, that will let you continue to use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default: Managing content manually on iPod and iPhone
3). Once you are connected and your iPod is safely in manual mode there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. iTunes will only let you copy your iTunes Store purchases directly from an iPod to the computer, you'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer
For everything else (music from CDs, other downloads and including iTunes purchased songs and in some cases, videos and games) there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. 4). Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync.
5). I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay: Back up your iTunes library by copying to an external hard drive

I got a new laptop and i plugged my ipod in and everything was okay but the music that is on my ipod is not in my itunes library it is just in the drop down music menu when my ipod is plugged up to my laptop. So, i hit sync and it said either transfer purchases or erase and sync.well i definitely do not want to erase the 500 songs i have on my ipod so i hit transfer and it said that it was unable to transfer because my ipod is not authorized with the computer. so i hit authorize and it asks me to log in and so when i type in my email and password and then hit authorize it just takes me back to the login screen with a really weird random email in and no password. I tried doing this many and just takes me back to the same page. I need to know how to get my music from my ipod onto my itunes library without losing any music. It sounds like you added credit to your iTunes Store account but in iTunes Store on the Apple TV you are being prompted for a verification. I would start by double checking that the gift has been redeemed to your account with this article either on your computer or iOS device:

My old laptop had a itunes downloaded on it, but I recently got a new laptop and i just downloaded itunes onto the new laptop. The problem I am facing is that I can not figure out how to get the music i already have on my ipod onto the itunes i just downloaded. HELP

You are having problems because iTunes is not designed to work that way. Syncing is one way, computer to device. Copy the whole iTunes folder from your old laptop or your backup (you do have one, don't you?) to the same location on the new one. If you no longer have the old laptop you will have to use third party software to copy just media files, then rebuild all yoru playlists, ratings, playcounts, etc. by hand.
Any items you purchased from Apple can be downloaded to iTunes from the iTunes store again, if that feature is available in your ocuntry.

Sometimes downloaded mix tapes come as zip files. Is that your case? if so, double click it to unzip, and then add the contents to your iTunes library.
