Unfortunatley I still can't find were I download the program. Following your suggested link I get to the window below.
When I click the "Creative Cloud" Icon it takes me to a new page.
On that page see below there are a lot of programs like Photoshop etc. but there is NO icon for Creative Cloud.
It looks the same when I log in. Any suggestions?

My Pro Tools program was damaged by the Creative Cloud system.
I was invited to install and try the Cloud,but it did me a great dis-service and has set me back in Production and personal time trying to get my pro Tools working again. I am really disappointed and would like you to advise me how to restore my program to its working state. I am in a traumatic state since I have Artistes life work being processed in the Pro Tools 9 Program. Help! Help! Please.Ps. there is a max of 2 computers on which you can sign in to your cc account. if you try to sign in on a 3rd, you will be prompted to sign out of the other two. -

It is possible that the app was removed from the App Store. If so you will not be able to get it back, unless you have it downloaded on your computer.
If you had downloaded it before and it is still in the store, you can go to the App Store app on your iPod and go to the Updates tab. Then you tap on "Purchased" and see if it is available to download from your previous purchases.

Firefox doesn't store bookmarks like that, sound like a Windows / IE favorites scheme used for '''''url''''' files and folders which isn't directly compatible with the way Firefox does things. Firefox uses a '''json''' file for bookmark backups, a '''bookmarks.html''' for import and export is bookmarks, and stores the users bookmarks in the '''places.sqlite''' file, along with browsing history.
Put those folders and bookmarks in the '''\user\Favorites\''' folder so they are in IE and export your IE Favorites in HTML format, so you can import them into Firefox.

I beleive that I found the solution in anoter post1 I will try when I will home:
"Since 2.0 streaming happens automatically if your computer is on and iTunes is running.
So, computer off = synced content on AppleTv.
Computer on, merged media list of synced and streamed content - AppleTv uses the synced content if available instead of streaming the same stuff.
Must say I preferred the original 'Sources' and found it more intuitive. other probably prefer the new system.
If you only see stuff that's synced you need to check that the box under Custom sync saying 'Show only the synced items on my AppleTV' isn't checked. (That's in iTunes Devices>AppleTV>Summary tab)." -
I purchased the 30 day subscription of Adobe Pro for my Mac Air and downloaded the app and opened it as instructed. Nothing appears to happen after that and I have been unable to use Adobe Pro thus far.
I previously downloaded a trial version of Adobe Pro and had used it the last 30 days. Today I just clicked on the link from my purchase confirmation and downloaded some type of installer. Once I clicked on the installer and gave it permission to do whatever it needed to do, it just sort of stalled. I am running Mac OS Yosemite. I thought Yosemitie might be part of the problem because it has given me occasional problems with Word and some other programs.

I open my work Lotus Notes through FireFox. since the upgrade if my email has attached I can't find them. The attachment windows is there but nothing is in it.you haven't lost anything, it's virtually impossible to delete your Zotero library by accident.
You may just need to show your add-on bar (View --> Toolbars ---> Add on Bar).
To check if Zotero is disabled, go to Tools--> Add-ons --> Extensions.
Make sure to check for Zotero updates, you may need the newest version (2.1.10) for FF6 compatibility.
As a general piece of advice, if technical problems make you frantic, don't perform major software upgrades in the middle of a project. Also, support for Zotero is better on the Zotero forums than here.
