Have you check the following?
Verify that airplane mode is off by tapping Settings > Airplane Mode.
Reset the network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings
Ensure that your device is using the latest software.
If your issue is still unresolved, perform a software restore in iTune

Is there a wishlist for the iPhone?
I was in HMV (record shop in the UK) yesterday and looking at the albums, I picked up my iPhone to see price comparisons between the shop and iTunes but there wasn't any WIFI, an whole iTunes store was disabled!
I know that downloading albums using 3G is a silly idea, but what I would like to see is a least to be able to browse the store via 3G, searching for songs and albums - when it comes to purchasing there should be a "add to wishlist" or "buy later" button so when the phone is within WIFI coverage or docked you can purchase the tagged songs/albums.
As it happens, I bought the album from HMV in the end as I wasn't sure if iTunes stocked it. When I got home I found out that Apple iTunes did stock it, so Apple lost a £7.99 sale and it cost me £1 more in the shop - we all lost.
Apple iTunes store on the iPhone is a "impulse buy" tool - so come on Apple make it more available!!

I just tried this on my new iPhone for the first time, and I was baffled. I mean I have a 3G phone, and can go to the app store directly from my phone data connection. I thought something was wrong with my data connection on the phone until I realized that you can only use the iTunes store in a Wifi area. That makes no sense to me!

I press the restore general adjusment bottom at the setting in the Iphone, and since then I can be able to make it work. At first it seems like it was restoring, then when like off, and every time I try to push the ON bottom or the ON and the Home bottom, I only get the apple logo at the screen. Does it takes long to restore¿? should I just give it more time¿?. I even try plugging to the Itunes, but it wont recognice the Iphone, it shows like is not plug-in the computer.

It's my understanding that an iPhone can only sync with one computer. You need to choose one computer. Sounds like it syncs at work, but not at home. If you want to just sync it at home, then you have to make sure the home computer has all the info that you want on it, like music etc. Then you have to deauthorize the work computer for it to sync at home. When you connect it will ask if you want to set up as a new iPhone or restore from backup. If you don't have a backup on the home computer then either way you will be wiped clean. So any photos, contacts, notes etc you have will be erased. You would need to backup or copy your photos from your iPhone. When you connect it to your home computer, it will give you that popup message to open your iPhone files. Then you can copy those photos and save them onto your computer and sync them back in through iTunes.
For your contacts, do you use any type of address book? If so you'll want to back that up and then transfer to your home computer. For notes, you can just email those to yourself and then save that email. I use MobileMe so the contacts issue is easily resolved.

What computer operating system is involved in the Premiere Elements 11 and 13 issues? Same computer or different ones? Are you installing from purchased download installation files or from purchased installation disc? Does Premiere Elements 11 work completely on this computer whereas 13 will not?
Let us go through the typical drill so as to take nothing for granted.
1. Does the problem exist with or without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled? Are you working with an individual home computer or in a
school or company network?
2. Are you running the program as Administrator and is there any "domain" account involved?
3. Is your video card/graphics card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
4. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on the computer with Premiere Elements?
Let us start by ruling in or out any of the above, and then we can decide what next.

On both devices go to Settings>iBooks>Sync Bookmarks>On. Then when you want to quit reading on one device, tap the bookmark in the upper right corner and it will turn red. That marks your place. Close the book on the device now by tapping on the Library button in the upper left corner of the app. That will put the closed book back on the shelf. Tap the home button.
On the other device, when you tap on the book, it should open to that page. You have to be connected to WiFi in order for this to work. You can read this older discussion for more information. I was involved in that as well.

There's info here on setting up separate libraries and user accounts. You won't have to reload (or re-import) all the music, just copy it.
The reason I suggest separate accounts on the Mac is because if you have the two libraries under the same user account, iTunes will also open the last library that was open in that account, and you'll always have to be mindful of which library that is. If you open iTunes and find it's not your library, you'll have quit, relaunch holding the option key and select the other library.
No, you won't have to log in and out of the Mac. (If I'm understanding your question here.) Multiple accounts can be logged in at the same time. And with fast user switching, you can toggle between user accounts.
I'll admit that maintaining the two libraries gets a little tricky, because if you share all the same music, you'll have to add it to one and update the other. (That won't happen automatically.) But I think Home Sharing makes this much easier to do.

What make, model, and version WiFi router do you have?
Is the router firmware up to date?
What type of security is it running? WEP, WPA, WPA2 (WPA2 is recommended, WEP is completely insecure)
Do you have MAC address filtering turned ON? If so, have you added your iPhone MAC address to the permitted list in your router?

I have set up a Netgear dual band modem which works well with the iPhone and an older MacBook, but with this brand new MacBook it asks for a password every time I reopen the computer and open safari. As you can imagine this is very annoying. It says I am not connected to the internet and offers me a choice of nearby networks including mine and then asks for a password when I select it. Why does it do this with our new MacBooks (also with my son's brand new one) and not with the iPhone, iPad and older MacBook? They happily automatically connect to our network after entering the password just the once.

Sig, I appreciate you trying to be helpful. I have no idea what issues you were having or what issue exactly pgrounds has been having. Your assumption that everyone's set up is the same as yours is false however. There are many many documented WiFi issues that are a result of Lion installs. Many have been solved by 10.7.1 and 10.7.2. Others have been solved by a large variety of work arounds. Others have not had their issues solved yet.
I am one of those. I have an IT background, and I spent the better of five hours digging up workarounds and attempting all of them. For the benefit oh anyone who is having similar issues, I have posted links to all of those workarounds here. None of them worked in my case, but hopefully they will help pgrounds or others.
So, once again, if you have a new idea, I'd love to here it. But if it has already been posted in one of these links, it's not helpful, let it go.
