I add a new VHost but I can't connect to it with flash

hi every body ...
my problem is I want to add a new VHost to my Media Server, I
actually made new one and I give it a name and his name resolved to
my Media Server IP, and I logged into Management Console after I
put its name in the server name and I use server administrator
account - no problems -.
good ??, when I create new instance using Management Console,
this instance can't be reloaded, I can't see the log I write using
trace method, and the bigger problem is I can't connect to the
server with flash, it gives me:
NetConnection.Connect.Rejected
NetConnection.Connect.Closed
as code.
so, how could I connect to an application hosted on my new
VHost and if any one has a tutorial or sample files please send it
to me.
thanx 4 all
