I added a new mini ipad and created a new email for it in icloud when i did that i could no longer get back in my apple ID and download anything and lost all my money on my account. it says my account never excisted which I had from 2007 and 1300 items
i opened an icloud account for a new mini ipad to give them their own email, so they wouldnt be on my account, but when I came back to my account I could no longer get in my account with my password, so my account was gone....and now all the accounts are over lapped and dont work right, I want to get back to my original apple ID and everything I have bought over the last 6 years!!

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.

I'm not sure what the Google thing was but it was just a box with the Google symbol and it had an x at the top so I closed out of it thinking that it had nothing to do with the most visited and etc. I have restarted my computer and I still can't get it to appear, but when I go on the other accounts of the computer I can. My texts all failed when I synced my iphone 4S to my new mini ipad with cellular. ATT said I needed to create a separate ID for the mini ipad in order for texting to work. Will separate apple IDs still enable me to sync my iphone to my mini ipad?
Go to Settings>Mail, etc.>iCloud and delete the account. Then add in a new account with the details you want.

Hi, I've setup my new mini ipad today, restored a backup from icloud and all is fine. However, when I try to download my music, they almost completely download then an error message pops up saying "unable to download songs" - can anyone help please?
So it appears iCloud/iTunes Match isn't the issue - the error message would seem to be complaining about where the music is being downloaded to. So with this in mind:
In iTunes select Preferences and select Advanced. The iTunes media folder should be set to /Users/<your account>/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music. <your account> would be whatever your user account is. If you see something else there I'd guessing it is a folder you don't have permission to write to. -

My email address changed and I had to delete my account and create a new one with the new address. After I did this all of the data in my iPhone calendar is gone. How can I recover this vital data?
It is my understanding that if you delete the account per the instructions below, you will be able recreate, but you will NOT have access to the prior BBM contacts.

You have to remember either the BlackBerryID password, or the secret question answer. Without either, you're stuck.
Your choices are:
--Use another email account to create an entirely new BlackBerryID (with which you will lose access to any purchased apps using the "forgotten" first BlackBerryID, or
--Find the initial email you were sent to confirm the initial BlackBerryID, and in it is a link to click to cancel and delete the account. Click on that, delete the account and then you can use that same email to create an entirely new account.

Two weeks ago we bought a mini iPad in New York. In New York, we have also taken into use cases. The mini ipad disposal was connected to the mac computer of my son, who lives there. We have not made backup. At home in the Netherlands, we wanted this case for charging on the Windows computer, that we have at home. Immediately, the itunes program was activated (we had a few years an ipod in the house). Appears in the computer the message that you can register. Cases I tried that. I do not know if I did succeeded. There also were some choices of settings. So I made the mistake of choosing the setting to use movies as I recall.
That same afternoon comes on the ipod in the message screen that he can connect to the server no contact. WIFI contact fails. The ipad is happening the same. The computer still works fine with the wifi connection. Both Apple devices have done well yesterday here in the Netherlands.
Please give me a good advice?Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all videos and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

I have a nano and want to transfer my music to my new iPad, in all the excitement of setting up my iPad I created a new apple Id and now I can't sync my music!
Can someone please advise if there is a way to transfer my music to my iPad manually? If so, please detail step by step, as I am technologically challenged! Thanks in anticipation.You can search within your music folder on your pc, or within documents folder for a music folder.

IT is so frustrating,because I cannot go further without being connected to iTunes..it's a brand new mini IPad, and I gave the network and then the iTunes thing to press to connect disappeared...HELP!
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

iPad Air iOS8.0.2. I used the photos app to edit my photos and created a new album for them. When I transfer my photos to my PC via cable (not allowed to use cloud services by my boss) I cannot choose this edited album, only transfer the unedited versions. Any tips? Thanks!
