I want to find out if I can ever retrieve my Favorites which disappeared when I downloaded Firefox 4. Also I hate 4 , I want Firefox 3.6 back what do i HAVE TO DO ? hOW CAN i SAVE MY BOOKMARKS or am I doomed to swiech to OPERA?

Unfortunately, you can't change or etrieve them by yourself as you forgot the original ones. You may contact iTunes store support though. Here's what you can do:

Follow these steps:
All Products and Services > iTunes > iTunes Store > Account Management > iTunes Store account security
Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply.

I used to be able on Mozilla to listen on-line to all of the BBC radio stations via their website but in about February of this year it has just stopped .....I click on their listen again facility the way I used to but nothing happens it is really frustratingI have asked and looked on-line in vain to find the answer to this question ..
I can access them via Internet Explorer and Google but Mozilla is the browser I use and I want to be able to listen to them via that
Do I have to add something on to be able to do this?

I have already asked a question, and still have the problem. Since upgrading to Firefox 6.0 , when I go into my e-mail, my folders do not show and I cannot scroll down to be able to read a complete e-mail

I recently downloaded Firefox 5.0. I have been using the browser for several years and have never had a problem until recently. The version before 5.0 was the worst Firefox I've ever encountered. It was very slow to load, tabs were unresponsive, and in general was the slo-o-o-o-w-w-est Firefox I've ever experienced. Now 5.0 is even worse!
I run two windows simultaneously, with five tabs in each window, which used to make it easy to get from one site to another to run my online businesses. Windows Vista does automatic updates to security and the operating system,, and after installing them, shuts my computer down so that the restart activates the new downloads. Firefox is shut down with the system, and when restarted, used to remember the tabs in each window. Now it opens with only the home page showing and contains no other tabs. Even the pain-i-t-a last version at least remembered and reactivated the tabs! 5.0 has no memory of tabs, and I have to reload ten separate sites each time I reopen Firefox. What the hell kind of improvement is that?!
Let me know if you have a patch for this so I can get back to enjoying using this browser!

To answer the post title FireFox save all downloads automatically in the download folder, which you can find in the Documents folder. If you want to choose where to save your downloads go to tools>options>check always ask me where to save files.
Secondly, I am assuming you have IE 8 installed as this is the only version that supports this fix that is currently not in beta. Go to control panel>internet options>advanced tab and reset the settings at the bottom. This may or may not fix the problem but it is a good first step.

I recently purchased Elements 10 and photoshop when I try to install photoshop I get an error message It says ERROR opening instalation log file. Verify that specific file location exist and and is writable. I am not a computer wiz, I just bought a new computer and running window 7 I am used to XP never had problems with installing new programs in XP

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

I installed the new version of firefox today and when i close all my tabes it doesnot ask me if i want to save them any more . just close or cancel how do i change it back to save all tabes

I keep asking this question and I'm not getting an answer. I am up to date but I still keep crashing.

The plug ins, are up to date but I keep crashing. Like, 10 times in a row. It's really annoying. I've never had this problem with any other browser. I need to know why it keeps crashing for no reason. Could you find a solution so I can fix it. It seems worse when I am playing a game called Restaurant City on Facebook but it crashes when I'm elsewhere too. I even crashes sometime when I go to the firefox tab on the top of the page.
