I already have an iPhone 3G, but I want to buy either an iPhone 3GS or an iPhone 4...
I've had my 3G for about two and a half years, maybe longer, and it's been getting increasingly frustrating to deal with. Some of the apps refuse to open, it takes forever to look at my messages or make a call, and it's just generally slow. I really want to get a new iPhone. I already have a contract with AT&T and want to continue with the contract. How much will it cost to buy a new 3Gs or iPhone 4 (I would be okay with either one)?
The Online account access is 7x24, and there is no "quick answer" that anyone can give you because it all depends on the current state of your contract with AT&T, how long since the last subsidized phone, whether you have any premier account discounts, your credit status and what your zip code is.

I already have a functioning icloud account that syncs my information from my iphone to my PC. I don't want to start a new account, but it seems that Apple is forcing me to open a new account to merely turn on a new function, which is my notes. I have a ipod touch but want to buy a ipod shuffel. can i sync my music from the touch to the shuffel and how? but if i cant how do i buy music from itunes on the shuffel?
You can't go directly from the Touch to the Shuffle, but if you can get the music into your itunes library on your computer, you'll be able to sync that music to the Shuffle no problem. It's frustrating!I don't think that there is a function if Firefox for backing-up settings but you could note them all down if you're really serious about wanting to back it up.
Also, you could try using an add-on called [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/backupfox/?src=api BackupFox] , which backs-up your bookmarks and/or history as they change.

Can anyone recommend an external storage device to supplement my mac book air? I already have a time capsule but want the new device to replicate the data on that so ideally would like a device that i can connect to the time capsule through a cable.

I'm not sure how Time Capsule can be replicated onto your external drive but there is a USB port on the back of TC that can be hooked up to any recent external drive.
Another thing to think about , besides a Time Capsule failure, is the theft of your Time Capsule, so it might be a good idea to consider separating any redundant back-up from your Time Capsule or both my be stolen.
TC will back up until full and then begin deleting the oldest back-ups. Mine is a 2TB Time capsule.
My back-up plan is as follows:
1. Macbook Air back-up on Time Capsule though Time Machine backs up everything - I think it's about every 30 min or so.
2. Contacts, reminders, appointments, notes, email are backed up through iCloud.
3. iTunes and non-itunes purchased music is on iMatch (and no need to back-up) and any non-iTunes music is backed up on an HP external drive (in case Time Capsule dies)
4. Photos are on my MacBook Air and are backed up on my HP external drive.
5. Office documents (Excel, Powerpoint, Access etc) are stored in a Skydrive app (like iCloud) and Skydrive syncs these docuemnts with the MS cloud and my old PC and does not alter their native format like storing in iCloud would do.

I just got an apple at&t iphone 4 and I have it unlocked. But I want to connect it to t-mobile, so I trimmed my sim card and once the phone was unlocked I inserted the sim and it says no sim, activation error. What can I do to fix this? What is wrong?

What are the benefits of buying an iPad 2 with wi-fi, or with 3G when I already have an iPhone 4 with 3G? My plan with was to go for wi-fi and connect to the internet through my iPhone 4. Am I missing out on anything by not getting 3G?

I went into it and searched for imovie but couldn't find the basic imovie, which I presume is what I'd need for editing?, rather than imovie 11 for £10.49, which is for making trailers, it seems. Also, were you saying that imovie would be free?

I had my computer repaired, and when I got it back I had to reinstall iTunes. Now iTunes won't authorize this computer because it says we already have 5 devices authorized, but this is the same computer. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Deauthorizing won't delete anything, and all your purchased content is safe. You will just have to reauthorize any of the other computers that get deauthorized along with your computers old machine id.
To get your purchased content back on that computer, just use iTunes to redownload it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US). Of course, music you ripped from CD or got from another source you'll need to copy those files back over. -

I tried to set up a sync account, Firefox says I already have a sync account, but I never set one up, how do I reset the whole thing for my e-mail address or name, I don't have the password because I didn't set it up.
I set up my new HP Descjet 3054A . I had a problem becouse Apple give me CD as a driver. The thing was that CD wasn good for this printer becouse it was old software:) I had to go to Apple store so the specialist had to download me he wright driver. Becouse I didnt wannet to screw this up . When he downloaded driver I fired it up at house and thingworks perfect. The thing is when you download all the software from HP side . Then you have to connect your MAC to printer via USB . Fallow the instructions it should works. Worked for me. Good Luck!

thanksOne of my favorite things about developing for iOS using Xcode is the Simulator. It runs any of the iOS devices simulated right on your Mac. If you don't have a hardware device to test your application on, the Xcode simulator will surely be your best friend.
So to answer your question less vaguely, yes. You can own the iPhone 5s and develop for the 6. There is no real release information of the iPhone 6 at the time anyways, so I would not let it play too large of a factor in your decision. -
