In this complicated case, I think it's important that you get your work in.
The Photography Plan includes Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC. Open an account with them and for $10 a month you can be back in business which I think nets you more than $10. It's what I do. You can do this immediately. You get two seats and they can be either Mac or PC.
In your spare time you can sort out the license issue and cancel the plan later on if this is fixed.
If you don't want to go there, then you will have to call Customer Service by phone and hope they can fix this.

HELP!!! I just tried to install Itunes on my new computer...i had it already on another one, that i know longer have...everything went fine and then the last thign it said that i already had this account set up non another computer and i thought it asked if i wanted to transfer everything to this new one, so i clicked yes...well apparently it didnt quite ask me that because it deleted everythihng...so it looks like i have never downloaded any songs in my Itunes and on my Ipod...did i lose it all or can it be retreived? im so freaking out!! Help please!

As I said in answer to your other post, pressing "Yes" when iTunes brings up the dialogue window asking whether you want to replace the songs on your iPod with the songs in iTunes does exactly what it says. If you linked to an empty iTunes or one with only a few or completely different songs it will have erased your original iPod song list. Unless you have the original PC to connect back to the songs you had are gone. You could check out what data recovery programs are on offer but I have no experience of any to fully recommend. -

When I launched itunes on my new computer, I plugged my phone into it and turned on imatch. So now my library on my new computer is filled with music files. I am pretty sure that these files are not permanent and that they are only there because of icloud and imatch. I want the files to be permanent so I thought it would be best to use the method described above to transfer files with an external hard drive.

Great question. The current configuration you have can potentially be permanent as you want. You simply have to download all of the iTunes Match songs to the computer using the cloud download icon:

You can play songs directly from iCloud, or you can download songs so you can play them when you’re not connected to the Internet.
If a song is available in iCloud, it has a Download button next to it.

I have used lightroom trial before, and I found it good. So i joined the lightroom and photoshop yesterday. I have download the photoshop in the adobe creative cloud, but at the front page of adobe creative cloud, it shows that I have not download the lightroom. I saw the lightroom is already downloaded in the apps of adobe creative cloud. However, when I key in the icon of lightroom, I found out I have only 0 day and i need to buy. You are going to need both serial numbers if you want to install Lightroom 5, because it is an upgrade and bolts serial numbers are required. If you registered Lightroom 5 with Adobe when you first installed it then you can find your serial number on your Adobe account.

You can download the software from Adobe.com.
You'll need the serial number. If you don't have it, but have registered the software with Adobe, you can still get the older downloads directly from them, as well as serial numbers through the My Adobe link on Adobe's main web pages (accessble directly through the red logo at the top of this page).

Instalation of Photoshop and Lightroom
I already have Photoshop and Lightroom installed on my computer. If I purchase Creative Cloud will I then download Photoshop and Lightroom and install all new versions or will Creative Cloud simply upgrade my two existing applications?
No the CC Cloud is different from the perpetual licensed products. Those are yours to keep forever. The Cloud version disappear when your subscription runs out.
Of course thisis if you can download the Creative Cloud desktop app. I can't. I keep getting the message Creative Cloud desktop failed to install. Done it about 6 times. Restarted the computer twice. Window 7 PRO. Don't want to run clean tool as it only give the option to wipe out both CC and CS-PS6 and have too many specialized settings in CS-PS6 -
I have creative cloud, I have photoshop and lightroom current versions installed - I was using the trial period. I paid for the 9.99 a month and now I'm trying to figure out how to update this.
You need to uninstall the trial applications and reinstall from the CC app.
