I think you need to clarify what it is that you really want. First of all, you can't have Lightroom 6 because it hasn't been released yet. And why is it that you would expect CS3 to be included in the creative cloud? What is it that you want to do?

File management in Bridge and Lightroom can easily get in each other's way, so if you intend to use Lightroom for this it might be best to skip Bridge altogether. Bridge is a straight-up file browser, while Lightroom uses a catalog model where organization is "virtual". As long as you are aware of the potential conflict points there's nothing wrong with using both (I do).
For high volume work Lightroom is a much more powerful manager. The downside is that its catalog paradigm adds a level of abstraction that can be confusing to some.
For instance if you move or rename a file in Bridge, Lightroom won't know about it and just report the file as missing. It is therefore recommended to do all such operations inside Lightroom, which will both physically move the file and catalog the change (yes, you do have direct folder access in Lightroom, it's just not its primary operating mode).

I have older versions of lightroom and photoshop....how do i re install them?

I purchased online and have all serial numbers. when I go under my account I see all items I purchased but theres no way to click on them to redownload.......

Do you at least have the serial-numbers for them? Did you buy discs or download them? What versions, specifically?
If you purchased them as downloads from Adobe, they may be available under My Purchases (or whatever it is called, exactly) if you log into www.adobe.com and check the My Account area, then look at the products you’ve purchased.

Can I download and install Photoshop CC if I already have Photoshop 5.5 installed

So here's my question...I already have photoshop which came with my Web Premium package, but I was wanting to install Photoshop CC which I have recently subscribed to, If I do install Photoshop CC will it basically overwrite my current version?

On which operating system are you trying to install these Adobe apps?
Please specify the operating system name and version.
If you have purchased new Macbook Pro, then you should have atleast Mac OSX 10.9 or later. However, i doubt you will be able to install most of these apps on it as they are pretty old apps except CS5 & Lr4.
Still you can give it a shot and check.
What happens when you try to install them?
Do you get any error message? An error screenshot or full text of the error, should be helpful.

The Photoshop LR CC is active but you have not yet activated it. The activation server shows it. Please log out & log back in of the CC desktop CC.
The Complete CC purchased last year is active till 11th of July. In case after logging out & logging back in does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer support Contact Customer Care

Is there any way I can add this feature to my Photoshop either by purchasing an addition or downloading something?

Does you display adapter have a supported GPU with at least 512MB of Vram? And do you have the latest device drivers install with Open GL support. Use CS6 menu Help>System Info... use its copy button and paste the information in here.

Apparently it's related to the Firefox plug in.
This isn't exactly a solution but more of a way to avoid opening PDFs with Firefox's plug in.
1. Highlight "Tools" from the Menu Bar in the top left of the screen (or click "Options" if using the Firefox Compact Menu)
2. Select to "Options
3. Select "Applications"
4. Look for "Adobe Acrobat Document" under Content Type and to the right under Action select "Use Adobe Reader (default)" instead of the using Adobe Acrobat in Firefox
5. Open a test PDF. It should open in it's own window now.
Again, not a complete solution but something that'll at least let you scroll with PDFs open.
