I already have ringtone tabs in my iTunes, and the songs that i already converted is also in the ringtone folder.but for some reasons, when i check in my iphone, the ringtone that i already make just don't appear.what do i do now? please someone help me

Confirm the following before trying to sync the ringtone to your phone:
That it is really a ringtone: right-click on the file in iTunes, select Get Info, on the Summary tab it must say Kind: Ringtone
That the ringtone is 40 seconds or less in length
That you have checked "Sync only checked songs and videos" on the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings
That you have a checked the box next each of the ringtones you want to sync to your phone
That you checked "Sync Tones" on the Tones tab of your iTunes sync settings

I just bought a new printer for my iMac version 10.7 Lion but I am able to install the software but for some reason I am not able to view the printer under system preferences to add the printer. It is connected with the USB cord!! It as if the printer does not show up in the add printer section under system prefernces!!
I checked the manufacturer and apple site to see if my printer is supprted and it said it was!! I am using the HP officedeskjet 4500 G510a-f (HP Officejet 4500 Desktop)!! Still does not show up under add printers please help!!

I have updated my IPhone 4s to ios6, but for some reason it didn't install Siri with the update, is there any way I can install it onto my IPhone without jail breaking the phone?

It cannot be installed. It comes pre-installed on every iPhone 4S and later. Maybe it was disabled under Settings > General > Restrictions.

iOS 6 only added support for the 3rd generation iPad. It was always on the iPhone 4S. Then the same goes for your boss: Maybe disabled in restrictions, or maybe actually an iPhone 4. -
I've added a pdf to itunes and i want to change it so its visible with an album (digital booklet). But for some reason, when i click get info, its all greyed out and the little box for read only is unticked. please help - urgent! thanks

• iMovie ill behaving - Trash the iMovie pref file - use to set things right
• in reg. to Photos - Did You change iPhoto Photo Library - Then iMovie get's lost as it peeks into iPhoto on start up to see where photos are stored. Set iPhoto back to first Photo Library (when iMovie is not running) then start iMovie.

Hi- I am trying to download music from my computer to my ipod. I have an itunes account and the music is on the computer but it won't go to ipod, it keeps telling me I need to download an upgrade but the upgrade does not complete itself and after like 2 hours displays an error sign. How do I fix this so I can get the music to my ipod. Both ipod and computer(toshiba, windows 7) are brand new. Help!! I am not technologically smart!
I suspect that you are saying that you can't download/install the latest version of iTunes.
All I can say is try removing and reinstalling the Apple software using the following:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
If you have further problems with installing Itunes I suggest you post in the iTunes forum since you have an iTunes problem, not an iPod problem. Also report the wording of any error messages. What they say is importent on resolving them. -
For some reason, when I took pics they always went to my PC(windows) then just stopped.
Greetings, I am praying you folks can help me out. When ever I took pictures with my iphone 4s the pictures would go right to a photo folder on my windows PC, I love it. It made things a whole lot easier than sending files to myself, grrrrr. Being disabled more steps, just mean more complications, and more pain. Then all of a sudden they just stopped, going to the PC...grrrr! I tried going to the cloud on PC to photostream to check options, I clicked on the options, it did nothing. Second, could you please tell us more about this statement: I took my older macbookmair in for service and was told I had several viruses...some bad. I suspect you were being scammed. The term virus is sometimes used to describe "malware". Perhaps what was on the computer was some other form of malware.

September 19th, Today, is widely communicated as being the day that the IOS6 Software for the Iphone 4s will be available to replace IOS5.1.1 BUT, I have been trying to update it all day and it still currently says the software is up to date on IOS5.1.1 ? what is going on, is it out today? if not when will it be available?

I try to open up a texting app, and now, it won't lock, exit out (or crash suprisingly), multitask, or even power off. I also had auto lock set to two minutes and it has been about a full hour and it has never locked. If there is someone out there who has the same problem as me, and knows how to fix it, PLEASE TELL ME!!! I have a lot of texts that need to be answered... - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I already used facetime before but for some reason I have to sign back in and it wont let me. I clicked "Get Started" then "Sign in" but then after about 3 seconds on the next page it just slides back to the "sign in page"

Hi there
So I just changed from an iphone4S to an iphone 5 because my screen didn't work any longer on the 4s but the phone itself still works so I managed to get all my contacts etc BUT for some reason I can't transfer all my music across to itunes and therefore I can't get it onto my new phone, it only transfers about 50% of it.
Then when i go into music on the iphone 5 it shows the music but won't let you play anything and just flicks through all the songs without playing anything.
Can anyone help please?
