I have to say that your subscriptions and payment setups have been trippy for me.   This is not the first problem I've had with you in the payment arena.
I LOVE your products.  I do not love your billing dept.

    There are a few types of files that Acrobat can't convert--and PDF files with security applied is one on them. I'm happy to cancel your subscription, if you decide that it's not going to work out for you. Please confirm that you'd like me to proceed with the cancelation, and I'll take care of it right away.

    Boot from your recovery partition by holding down the key combination command-R at startup. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
    When the recovery desktop appears, select Utilities > Terminal from the menu bar.
    In the Terminal window, enter “resetpassword” (without the quotes) and press return. A “Reset Password” window opens.
    Select your boot volume if not already selected.
    Select your username from the menu labeled “Select the user account” if not already selected.
    Follow the prompts to reset the password.
    Select Apple menu > Restart from the menu bar.

    I would go crazy if this was me.  You may find this interesting from the customer agreement (to see full agreement go here:Customer Agreement | Verizon Wireless):

    You can dispute any charges by doing an Arbitration or Mediation.  I have never done it, so I can not help much there but this all may get you started.

    If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

    If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
    Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).

    Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
    If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

    Either they're being sent to a different email address, or got caught in a spam filter, or something's wrong at Apple's end. If you can't find the email, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions, which can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.

     every negative experience is an opportinity to learn.   deleting or moderating these experiences would be turning away the chance to learn.   as long as users follow the participation rules, we allow even the most negative posts to remain. 
    as you said, forums are inherently negative by nature as users typically come here to solve a problem.   those of us who try to solve the problems are in the minority.   we certainly appreciate users such as yourself who voluntarily return to the forum to help out, especially those who initially came here to solve a problem themselves.

    Being a DishNetwork customer, I am not so fortunate as to have 3D channels in my line up. Dont know why they still think 3D is a passing fad but they need to grow up, unless they are simply trying to spin down their company for a sale.
    Either way, thank you for continuing to update the content avaiable in my Home Menu with at least some clips of the 3D channle 3Net. I got my 3D TV for the ability of 3D content. Its to bad they cant figure out how to add 3Net as a subscription base to the Home Menu, or maybe Sony Entertainment Channel (previosuly Qriocity).
    Thank you to what ever department is doing this... and PLEASE DONT STOP!!!

    I do not mean the entire ITunes folder but, rather, the contents of the ITunes folder prior to September 29th.  (90% of the media is missing, along with all playlists)  The media that remains says it was added on 9/29 although I know most of it was added many months or even years earlier. There are no playlists listed at all, before or after 9/29.  (I know for certain that I added non-iTunes purchased songs on 10/6 although I had not created playlists for them)
    I have my iTunes folder backed up on both an external drive as well as Time Machine.
    I run iTunes off of an ITunes folder on my computer rather than from the external, if that's what you mean about how I have it set up. 
    Is it OK to drag the entire iTunes folder from the external drive onto my laptop's drive and see if that fixes it?
