I already purchased on iTunes and I was charged again?
I already paid for app on iTunes and I was charged again when my bank card details changed how I get refund my £4.99?
Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History.

I recently purchased "The Simpsons Movie" on iTunes, but it is not appearing on my cloud - or under recent purchases in iTunes. I was charged for the purchase and received a receipt. During the download i received an error message.

I bought something from iTunes and I was charged three times. How would I go about getting refunded?
You can either try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Or if the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -
I rented a movie via itunes and downloaded it to itunes at the time of rental. i was unable to transfer it to my ipad while connected to itunes due to a size constraint...i now have room on my ipad but am not near my itunes computer (2500 miles away), is it possible to download the movie directly from the iTunes Store to my ipad without having to rent it again and be charged a second time?
please advise.
thanksNo, rentals are only allowed to be on 1 device at a time, so you would need to move it from the computer to the ipad. This applies to rentals from the computer, if rented on a device (ipad) it is only viewable on that ipad and cannot be transferred elsewhere.

Where do I find digital album booklets in my itunes library? I recently purchased an album on itunes and it was supposed to come with digital album notes. The only thing that comes up in my past purchases is the music. Can I repurchase without paying a second time?
oke i'm not done with the whole thing, but i'm doing that right now. Most of the advice I've already read didn't work and at a certain point it said something about shutting down programs then restart. but i notice that there are some pretty important system things in that list and i don't want to mess up my pc :s i'm not a pc genius... and because i'm dutch and my pc-language is in dutch I often have trouble translating and well... i don't always understand the technical stuff in all the articles -_-

I have 2 Apple ID's, how do I delete the old one as its interferring with my new account and the music I have already purchased through ITunes does not want to play. Any suggestions?
Why would you create a new account?
All purchases will be tied to the account from which they were purchased.
You will have to authorize your computer for all the accounts from which music is purchased. -
How do I open my itunes account on a new computer without having to buy all new songs? It doesn't seem fair to have to buy all the same songs a second time if they are already purchased by me and I just want them on my new computer!
There's a few different ways. The following document is worth checking through:

Trying to purchase on itunes, my card was declined. Called bank, they said it is fixed now. Card is still declined and I can't update my account. what shall I do? iTunes says contact customer support. is this it?
I also have this problem. I have a debit card & I even verified every single piece of info with my bank on the phone, online, AND in writing...it's clearly an issue with itunes and I can't get anyone on the phone without a hefty charge to my account.

I made a purchase on iTunes and it is not showing on any of my devices. When I tried to watch the show in my purchased file I could not. When I go back to iTunes it tells me I made the purchase already. Why can't I access my purchases. Case # 506294747
Hi Paul,

Itunes and auto cc charges???my credit card was charged 19.99 by the apple itunes store....I have no purchases in my history....how do I cancel this transaction? and why is it on there....how do I find out?
You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
There are instructions on this page for viewing / managing / stopping auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
If nothing shows on your iTunes purchase history (you don't have a Mac and have any purchases in the Mac App Store), and you only have the one account, then you should contact your card issuer.
If something does show on your history but you didn't buy it, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made the purchase, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -

I've created playlists with songs I've purchased from iTunes and also added songs I've purchased from iTunes to existing playlists. Everytime I go to sync the playlist to my iPhone I find some of the new songs missing from the playlist. I've deleted the playlist from the phone and reinstalled it. I don't know what I"m doing wrong. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?
Wondering if you haven't been bitten by the new "feature" of iOS 5, as was my son. turingtest2 explained it very well in reply to my own query about "missing" songs in playlists.
Here's that thread...

Trying to make a purchase on itunes and keep getting prompted to verify account information. I've done this and when i click done, it says to fix errors; i repeat the process then it says to contact apple support. Any ideas or other experiences with this? I've had this happen before and it got resolved after i called them and it took a few days, not very convenient. The same thing happened when I was just trying to update my account info with a new billing / account address.
ThanksYou will need to do what it says, contact iTunes Support. These are user-to-user support forums, if you thought you were contacting Apple by posting here. Go here:

to contact the iTunes Store.

I recently purchased some information to be downloaded to one of my apps I never received the download and I was charged multiple times I reported the problem And it's been about a week my question is how long does it take to credit my account back. It's my money and I want it now.
It can take a while for your money to show up in your bank, but a week is a bit over the top. Try contacting iTunes Store Support to make sure the refund was issued.

i bought a macbook pro and was under the impression of getting a free $125 iTunes voucher but was charged for it
Can you provide a link to the offer? Was it for the iTunes Store, the Mac App Store, or an Apple Store (retail)?
You were charged for what? You made purchases in advance of having a voucher?
