I am a CC subscriber, why does Adobe insist I am not?

I'm a creative cloud use since august 2014. I paid for 1 year up front. Today I tried to download a file from Creative Cloud Market and I got a message telling me these files are only available to Creative Cloud Subscribers. What??? I pay over €1000 a year, what does Adobe expect from me?

Why does Adobe insist on treating it's customers like crap???

I have been in contact with adobe for the past 2 days trying to get an upgrade for my Indesign CS5. Here is the breakdown of what's happened so far...
I went to their website to upgrade my InDesign from CS5 to CS5.5, clicked on upgrade, the proceeded to purchase it. ($119) Then it took several hours to get a "DOWNLOAD" link... irritating, but acceptable.
Then upon trying to install it, I was told that my serial number doesn't qualify for this product. WTH?!? After a 20 minute conversation with an obviously outsourced customer service rep, I was told the only way to upgrade was to upgrade the entire Master Suite. ($550)
Awesome. So now I have this version of InDesign that they say I cannot get a refund for, nor can I even be credited for it towards purchasing the upgrade for my Master Suite.
After several conversations with the "obviously outsourced tech support", I've gotten no where. I have a client that I need to modify their CS5.5 file and no possible way to upgrade unless I shell out another $550 for the upgrade.
I've been an owner of Adobe products since Photoshop 3 and Pagmaker, puchased several Suites through the years, and have probably spent well over $4000 on their products cumulatively. I am one of these customers that believe in buying all the software I use to support to companies that develop them, and to be treated like a leper when I need help in "trying to give them money to upgrade my product", is truly frustrating.
This is probably the reason people just download their products from torrents or other means. It's not fair to spend all this money and be treated like crap. Support the consumers that allow you to have jobs. After this incident, I truly have grown to hate adobe. Love the products, hate their "customer service and sales staff". I've sent this email to as many adobe email addresses as humanly possible and I have not received 1 (ONE) response. Go figure.

I suppose if Adobe’s strategy is to wear people out by keeping them on hold for hours at a time, then disconnecting them without ever answering the call, you are doing a bang up job. If perhaps you are trying to create an atmosphere where people vow to never again purchase from Adobe, you are batting a thousand. If you are trying to continue to produce world class software on must wonder why you will not fix Creative Suite 5.5.
Adobe has a problem with CS5.5 and I have numerous case numbers associated with trying to get the software installed on our second computer (a laptop used by our interns in our office).

I have tried numerous times to resolve this problem with Adobde. I’ve tried calling a number that never answers 800-833-6687 which also says, “to avoid waiting on hold, request a callback from the first available agent. You can also schedule a callback for a more convenient time.” Get a grip Adobe, this call back feature doesn’t even work!
Adobe just isn't responding to issues and that makes me agree that they are treating customers like crap. I hope others will post their experiences here as well as on external websites, Facebook, and Twitter.

Why does Adobe Bridge and Lightroom not recognise some jpeg files?

I am trying to use Adobe Bridge and/or Lightroom to add tags to a large number of images that I have. However when adding images, almost 1000 of the 6900 images fail to import to the Lightroom gallery and the same images do not preview and will not let me edit their metadata in Bridge.
If this has happened to anybody else I would greatly appreciate some help.
Alternatively if anybody knows of other programs i can use to easily add tags to many many images please let me know =)

Why does Adobe sendnow work and the newest and greatest Adobe Send does not work? I wasted about 8 hours on trying to get Adobe Send to upload 269 files that amounted to 469MB. When it did not work I made a zip file and after a lot of wasted run time that did not work. The first situation gives little indication of when a file is loaded compared to Adobe SendNow. In both cases with Send it failed with a message like only the first 50 can be loaded. When I went and looked none of them had been loaded. With the zip file (I wanted to hide the individual files so they would not be counted) it appeared to work but very slowly and finally said it was done and I went and looked and it had done anything for oever 2 hours except a false "I'm runninng" indication.
Thus, I took a chance with Adobe SendNow and it works great. It never gave me a limit on the amount of files nor on the size of the complete job. It shows me one file at a time when it has finished with the file uploading it. SendNow has never given me any problems.
Why woiuld you want to change the program from SendNow to Send without the newest program being the best, fastest, user friendly program of the two? It just doesn't make sense to me. I suggest that Adobe keep SendNow working until Send is fixed. I would also suggest that SendNow and how it looks be kept, called Send, then modify Send one thing at a time until you get it to the point you need it to be for Acrobat. I have heard nothing good and now I have experienced it that Send is a piece of junk. I wasted most of my work day on giving Adobe the benefit of the doubt to find out I made a very bad decision to trust Adobe to make good decisions on the transfer of a function to another place .... both Adobe's responsibility.without making it painless for your customers that totally rely on you. Don't throw away customer confidence as it is very hard to get it back.

Yep! Verizon living up to it's contractual obligations by not releasing updates. Caveat emptor!
I think there are some reasonable expectations here to keep customer's happy. When one carrier offers upgrades there is an expectation the same will happen across all the carriers. We have seen that except Big Red.
Verizon could have said the update is in MS court months ago and stilled the voice of the disgruntled, or at least redirected it, but instead chose to be silent. Not for market share but for partial blame I think.
We will have to agree to disagree since you only see Terms & Conditions and I, see customer satisfaction.

The Adobe engineering folks DO duck in here from time to time - and that's a BLESSING! Please name any other big company where you get to interact with the engineers AT ALL. I can't. But I suspect the engineers actually have a lot oof real work to do, and their time here is necessarily limited.
Your comments are more along the line of "I pay a huge amount, for that I expect better support". These are very valid comments. But reality is different from what we may expect, and this forum is not the place to expect Adobe support participation AT ALL. In fact, the technical support people at Adobe often direct users to come here (something I've always found amusing).
At the higher level, Adobe may simply not be spending enough on support for literally millions of users. Is is greed or smart business to try to minimize support cost? That's up for individuals to decide.
I suggest you write a snail-mail letter to the Adobe president if you're not getting the support you need.

IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use. You need to install the Plugin version of Flash for Firefox.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here:

2. Close Firefox using File > Exit

If you open the Organizer and go to Edit>Preferences>Camera or Card Reader, do you have Auto Launch Adobe Photo Downloader on Device Connect checked?
Try checking that if you don't.

PROBLEM SOLVED. There were two versions of Flashplayer installed. I re-ran Flash Aid and it sorted the problem.

Why does Adobe refuse to provide the latest version of Camera Raw (like my Canon 6d) that could be supported in Photoshop CS5 or earlier? Its like Adobe saying you want a Camera Raw for you Camera then buy CS6 which is insulting to your customers.

Adobe's policy to to provide free updates (not upgrades) for currently shipping software, which means the current Photoshop CS6 and Camera Raw 7.x. Development on Photoshop CS5.x and Camera Raw 6.x stopped when Photoshop CS6 started shipping. While it may appear on the surface that's it's a ploy to force users to upgrade to the most recent version when getting a new camera, it's really a policy based on the technical issues of trying to provide backwards compatible software for application that are no longer being developed.
Camera Raw is a plug-in for Photoshop and as such, it is dependent on the Photoshop SDK in which it loads...it's also dependent upon the system level APIs being used by the applications. Could Adobe keep upgrading old software? Yes, but it would be a technical nightmare.
Your alternative is simply use the free DNG Converter if you want to use new cameras that weren't in existence when your old software was developed. Pretty simple really and it's not designed as insult to Adobe customers...it's actually an affirmative program to make sure current users are provided support.
The problem of new camera support for old software is really a problem caused primarily by the camera companies spawning off new cameras whose file formats are undocumented and proprietary.
