I am a Creative Cloud Member and have the Membership for one Year. It has been only one Month and the Plan says expired. I am not sure what has happened but I am unable to find any Customer Care Number of Adobe. Can anyone please help. Its Urgent. I use MAC.

Hi There - can you tell me what error message you recieve? when you say creative cloud manager - are you referring to the "adobe application manager?" One suggestion is to navigate to http://creative.adobe.com and log on with your Adobe ID, then click on "apps" menu and select the product you want to install - you can choose Photoshop even if you already have it, this will potentially upgrade your Adobe Application Manager if it is out of date and may resolve the issue for you.

The first thing you need to do is download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. Then, open that program and click on the Apps tab. You download and install creative cloud applications from there.
If your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run a given program, it won't show up under the Apps tab.
Once they are installed, you'll need to go to your Applications folder (Mac) or Program Files (x86) folder (PC) to start the program itself.

First check to see your plan is active: Adobe ID
Try launching Photoshop choosing Trial instead of a purchase.
Mac             /Applications/Photoshop CC/Photoshop CC.app
Windows C:\Program files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Photoshop CC.exe
Then once inside, go to Help > Sign in... There, use the email address and password for your account and it should activate.
If that does not work, could you tell me what version of PS you have and what os version you are using?

Just to be sure, have you verified that your system meets the requirements for LR6 CC 2015? Apps won't show up if your system does not meet certain requirements needed to run them.

I have more than one mac. I have moved my account to iCloud but I cannot seem to enable the Find my Mac to recognize the second mac. Any ideas as to how to accomplish this?

Every Mac that you wish to appear in the listings for "find my Mac/phone" must be logged into the same iCloud account and have "find my Mac" enabled in system preferences> iCloud.

I have a 5 year old Dell PC and purchased the Airport Express last year. After one of the iphone 4s updates I lost the contact and cannot reestablish. I have even tried to hard wire from my router to the airport express and I cannot connect.

I cannot make contact with the unit. I have even used an ethernet cable that I hooked to my router and still won't work. I cantinually get this message from Airport Utility. An error has occurred and I can not do anything else.

If you have the AirPort Express setup in Bridge Mode, try changing the Connection Sharing setting to "Share a public IP address"

You will probably get a message about a Double NAT error. Click to "ignore"
This setting might allow mutliple devices to connect and may not. It's worth a try...I have about a 60-70% success rate at hotels with this setting.
Unfortunately, as you note....hotels have become a lot smarter about connections to their network. At some point, they probably will not even allow another router to connect at all.

error or do you just want to accept the user input, check it, give a message, and repeat?
It seems to me you are missing the basic program loop? This example checks the user input and then performs an action, then repeats. If the user enters Quit execution stops. Is that what you want to do?

First you must send a follow request to the Verizon rep. They must approve it. They must also send you a follow request which you must approve. At that time, you can send a DM to the rep.
With that said, I am not sure who you should send the follow request to. The signature at the bottom of the rep's message says michelleh_vzw yet the userid of the post says yoseft_vzw.
I suppose I would try sending one to michelleh_vzw first since they signed the post. You can do that by hovering your cursor over their userid which I have included in this post and clicking on the "Follow" button in the dialogue box which opens up while you are hovering the cursor over the userid. Then you can only wait for them to respond before you can do anything else.
