ok im going to keep this as simple as possible. ok so for the past 5-6 years my mom and I have had Verizon wireless as our provider. in the beginning had wonderful service but here recently my mom had some really bad experiences and decided to leave Verizon and go to t-mobile. so first let me say i was a authorized on the account. i told her i didn't want to switch but it was her account. i wish to come back to Verizon but before i have the money for that i have to help my mom finish her switch. So i need a copy of our last bill that had the break down of specifically the early termination fees.I have already gone to a store and they have basically blown me off. i use to think very highly of Verizon but so far im being proven wrong by how everyone ive talked to has been very negative even tho as soon as i can help my mom finish switching im going to come back. i just need to get this done..and help her switch and then financially i can come back. thank you for your time

I have no clue about recovering the info, but when you say you save you should always use Save As. That clears unneeded info from the file. With the file size you have, that may be an important need.

I guess you are using different document types for normal billing, self billing and retro. So maintain different numbers for these document types in VN01 and assign the number range in VFOA (document type)

Please look at file doc_config.htm in the location <middleware_home>/Oracle_ECM1/ucm/idc/resources/core/tables/doc_config.htm
This is the file which helps in building the applet view.
I do belive that revisions and documents table might be used for validation and other specific things, but thats more in the context of document processing and from component IBR at runtime. But administration sake, i thing it works from the these config files since database doesn't have any table to hold this info.

You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)

Help I need a lightning extension lead for my av adaptor

I have purchased the apple av adaptor but the lead from it is to small does anyone know if you can get a lightning extension lead that will support all the digital functions thanks for any help

The av adaptor which has HDMI its the genuine apple item but the lead out of it is only about two inch's long which is way to short help

When i drag an image from Firefox to my desktop, i get a jpeg extension. I want/need a jpg extension.

there aren't many details - just that dragging an image (jpg) from Firefox to desktop always ends up xxx.jpeg. i have to have "jpg" to be able to do much of anything with it. its been going on the last few upgrades and i've simply changed the file extension but really tired of having to do that and it seems like i should be able to find information for fixing it.

You should only have to rename the .jpeg file extension to .jpg to get this working.

You can try to delete the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox Profile Folder to reset all file actions.

You can Inspect the MIME database with the registry editor (regedit.exe) and do a search for that MIME type (file extension) via Ctrl+F. 
Be careful with editing the registry as there is NO UNDO possible: all changes are applied immediately. 
You can export key(s) in the registry editor before making changes. 
You can check specific file extension keys (e.g. .jpg) in the registry with the registry editor.

You can check the linked MIME type in the MIME Database or do a search there as well.

Hi, I want to be able to type in a name followed by my URL
but I can't figure out how to do this. For example. If you type in
www.adobe.com/type you are taken to Adobe's type page. I created a
.html page named "type.html" so my URL will be
"mywebsite.com/type.html" this works fine but it's not what I want.
So now I tried this. I deleted the .html after my page so it
read "type" (no .html at the end) and uploaded it to the root
folder but it didn't work, but if I add the .htm or .html it works.
How do I do this?

I need to work extensively with Asian scripts. Does Creative Cloud work well with Asian scripts?

We previously used copies of InDesign from the US. As a result, we had a very difficult time typsetting Asian scripts until we were able to get Japanese InDesign copies.
I saw that CC has support for many languages; does this mean that we can have copies of InDesign that will work with Asian languages? Can the interface for this be English?

The short answer is no, the feature isn't available in the English UI at the moment. With Creative Cloud, you can, however, easily install the Japanese version of InDesign if you'd like.
As David pointed out, you'll need to install the World Tools CJK plug in to enable this feature. The Asian language paragraph composer is different than what's included in the world compser and we currently don't have an English CJK version of the software. Peter has shared a link to download Asian language templates and it might be worthy to take a look at: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4013264
