I am billed 3 times for the same App. I contacted Apple Rebate Centre and ask me to call Sales and Service team at 1-800-676-2755 for assistance. When I called this number outside the US, I got a recorded message to say that this number is invalid.
I further contact the lady from the the Rebate Centre for the email of the Apples Sales and Service. She replied that they do have one. This is strange at this stone age. Can anyone help?
There is a 'Report a Problem' link below the item you have been charged for on every email receipt of your order. Have you tried that link?

Whilst on holiday I downloaded pictures and video from my digital camera to my ipad. everything was fine. The digital pics and video footage played great! i have just got back and synced my ipad with my macbook and the video clips have been put onto the macbook but not reinstalled on the ipad. I get a message to say that the video clips have not been loaded as the ipad cant play them! Why has this happened? Just got an e mail to say that my Apple ID was just used to download photoshop touch for phone for 2.99 from the App Store with a receipt number. Is this a scam for me to give my Apple ID?

Did you change your card details on your account a number of times when trying to purchase the item, and five of them are temporary store holding charges : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3702 ?

Hi I got an email from itunes saying that my pre order was ready and when I click on the link from my ipad it takes me to the itunes store app and then it doesn't do anything help with this please .
<Link Edited By Host>Thanks for your advice, I went to the apple shop today for a face to face meeting with a tech and he checked everything and could not figure out why I was having this problem so we decided to give up on that account and create a whole new one for me using a different email address.
Now I can download apps on both my iPhone and ipad2.
If anyone is reading this in Brisbane Australia go to the Chermside apple shop and ask for Wade. He was fantastic!

I downloaded a trial of photoshop. It runs for a minute or so, then a message displays saying that photoshop has stopped. No error codes, just the message. I have exhausted the "try this" stuff that I can find. Any other ideas would be appreciated. I would also like to know what some alternative applications might be. This trial does not give me confidence in Adobe's product.
I saw a similar question deeper into the forum right after I posted. I followed the fix steps and it took care of the problem.

I bought the Dreamweaver CS5 for Windows a few years ago. Now I have also a Mac Book pro, where I have to Install the Dreamweaver CS5. I have made the Download for Mac, but I can't Install it. When I push the button, I got an error message.
CS5 for Windows can only be installed on Windows operating system.
You would need to purchase CS5 for Mac OS.
Given that CS5 is now 4 versions back, it's unlikely you'll find a copy.
You could get DW CC from the Creative Cloud which supports both Win/Mac platforms.

I just tried to purchase the Soundhound app from the Ovi store for my Nokia C7. I use my phone bill for purchases. I was asked to confirm the purchase which I did. I waited then a message came up saying there was a problem with the billing service and I should try again later, so I exited the screen
Almost immediately I was bombarded with 8 identical SMS messages from OviStore (82102) saying "Thankyou for your purchase from OviStore by Nokia. Your transaction ID is (all different numbers in each text)".
Also there was no link in any of them to my download! I have a suspicion I have been billed 8 times for a product I haven't even received.
Is there a contact phone number for Ovistore so I can rectify this?I've tried to buy other application today and also had the same problem. I've performed attempts 2 times via Phone Bill and it took the payment twice from my phone.
I've just sent the message about it to support (Support -> Contact us) and asked them to refund the payments. -

Why, if it told you you have insufficient space on your computer, would it suggest making more space available on your phone?
At a guess, you have insufficient space on your phone. Installing software will typically require more space than the final size of the software, perhaps even twice or three times as much, for the installation process. You can easily dump some videos or music temporarily, and then synch them back in afterwards.
