is there anyway to delete an icloud account off of your phone even if you are not logged into it?

If you're talking about music and movies an i-device was not designed for unique storage of media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing music and movies is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred from a device to a computer.

you need to contact the provider of your old phone and find out 1) if the provider unlocks phones and 2) what the procedure is to get the phone unlocked.

Why not? Are there error messages? Where are the files located? Why are you deleting MicroSoft Word files?

However, it is ridiculous to for adobe to have to know WHY someone wants to delete an account/AdobeID! In my case, I just want out, I want to never, ever have to think about Adobe again. I don't want Adobe to have my name or email or any information about me on file.
Anyone who has spent any time on the Adobe forums knows that this is a big source of frustration. Adobe is the only company I know of that makes it seemingly impossible to do something that ought to be easy: DELETE OUR ACCOUNTS!

I Purchased iphone 5C on December 2014. However now it's very difficult to have it working. The screen is constantly not working and the right side bottom&top does looks like its melted? the cover I mean , which maked the phone slide out of its cover. I did not purchase anny additional warranty or insurance so I don't know what to do with it? Can i send it in and they can send me a new one under the manufacturer warranty or what do i do with it?

Apple IDs cannot be deleted. Any purchases made with that Apple ID are linked to it permanently, cannot be transfered and will therefore be lost.
Have you tried resetting your password?
If you choose to contiinue with a new account, you can simply abandon the old. If you are unable to sign in, you will not be able to remove any personal information on the account. You will also not be able to reuse the same email address for the new ID.
I suggest trying to recover you current account.

I downloaded the new ISO 7 to my iphone 5 and now my apple ID will not work on my phone. It wont let me send imessages or use Facetime or some apps. I have used my ID to log into my computer and this site so i know it isnt my ID. It has to be my iphone and that new software. What do i do because i really need to get this working again. My sister is at UNI and facetime is our connection. I cant sign into facetime because the phone doesnt register the apple ID

is your problem that you want to save those images to your harddisk?
is your problem that you wish some other program then facebook to replace the smiley chars with the images that facebook use?
is your problem that when you type on facebook your smileys are not replaced with the same images as others (in which case you should prob as which signs they type) -
