I am Canadian with a Canadian address, however when I go to download something, it says I am on the US site and must switch to the Canadian site, I do not know how to switch over
I am Canadian with a Canadian billing address, however most recently when I try to download from iTunes, my iPad says I am on the US site and need to switch to the Canadian site. I do not know how to switch it over.
On any page of the iTunes Store, click the flag at the lower right. This will bring up a dialog where you can select a new country.

I have changed my e mail adress and notified my Apple id but I do not know how to remove the old one and add the new one to my I Pod touch / I tunes and I Cloud.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and sign out and sign back
Same for:
- Settings>iCloud
- Settings>Game Center

I am new at using an Ipad. My Ipad was connected to my home wireless. I changed the password on my home router and now I do not know how to change that password on my I Pad. Can someone help me?
Tap settings on your iPad
then tap Wi-Fi
click on the blue arrow which is next to the network
a new section will be opened
it will display the router settings and all ( you dont have to deal with it)
then tap forget network at the top
go back and tap your network
iPad will ask the password of the network just enter the new password and you are good to go
if a message appears unable to connect just go back turn Wi-Fi off then start it again
and try connecting to it again

I have just downloaded Firefox into a new computer. The firefox I had in my old computer had one (9 pt) icon at one end that brought up the speed 9 speed dial windows. Next ensure you have any of the 564 ink cartridges, once the printer being reset it require all the 4 ink cartridges to work

I have tried rebooting it. nothing seems to help. it always ends up with the same screen a picture prompting me to hook up via usb to itunes.Then without fail i get an error message. itunes connpt connect to the ipod touch because it is locked with a passcode. you need to enter the passcode on the ipod touch first. unfortunately the touch will not show any other screen but the connect to itunes.
Connect the iPod touch to your iTunes library in Recovery Mode and restore it to factory setting. See this article for instructions on getting your device into Recovery Mode.

if you are sure your contacts are still available at iCloud.com, then you've probably turned off contact syncing on the phone.
Go to settings > iCloud and turn contacts on. -

I understand that you were given a 1st generation iPod nano and you would like to completely erase it so you can start clean and sync your own music on to it. You sound like an Apple support guy who hasn't been able to answer my questions.
To respond to some of the points you made,
- I did not ignore Ocean20's suggestion. If you has read my post, you would have known that I took my phone to the apple service centre where they tried this restore on THEIR machines. I am assuming that Apple guys know how not to block iTunes. So I actually do not understand your point about me trying the hosts file changes on my machine. Do you not believe that apple tested this issue with the correct settings?
- you also give a flawed logic of why the issue is a hardware issue. You mentioned that If I thought that the issue was with the software, i should try a restore and getting it to work. The problem is that my error (23), and many others comes up when the restore fails. And you would be astonished to know that not all errors are hardware errors. Sometimes even software errors prevent restores. Funnily enough Apple itself mention that 'in rare cases, error 23 could be hardware related'.
- all Apple has done so far is replicate the issue. I don not know how anyone can conclude that the issue is a hardware issue.
And by the way, I am not certain that this is a software bug. Again if you read my Posts, you will notice I only want a confirmation,/proof that the issue is hardware related as they mention..
