Have you copied your iTunes library over to your new computer? Either way, you'll need to restore the iPod using the new iTunes library in order to sync it with the new library.

You might consider itunes match for moving CDs you've copied into your itunes library if you dont have a way to use home sharing.
iTunes match is an optional service offered by apple that costs about $25 a year. It scans your music library and if it finds music that is already in apple's itunes catalog it'll automatically "unlock"/"store" these in the cloud for you. The easiest way would be to copy the '''places.sqlite''' file from the old folder structure (Users\<Windows login/user name>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile folder>) and overwrite it in the exact folder structure after installing Firefox in the new PC. This would restore both bookmarks and history from the old profile. ExportPDF subscription is not for a single computer, you can use it on any machine. There are two ways of Accessing the service , one by Web browser and second by using Adobe Reader. you would just require Adobe Reader or any web Browser.

when you were install your cs3 you should have been prompted for you serial number. were you?
if not, you probably didn't properly install cs3. copying/migrating/moving etc is problematic.
if yes, did you see any error messages during installation?
if yes, attach a screenshot of the error message.
if not, check you install logs, Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC
