However I able to recieve emails.
That printer is supported by AirPrint (see this article):

So you should be able to go to System Preferences (under the Apple logo in the menu) > Print & Scan, then click the minus sign in the lower left to remove your printer, then the plus sign to look around for a printer (hopefully discover your printer), add it, and be on your way.

Click on Add (plus) button, but nothing happens
Hi,
When I insert a new star point, end point, singal in, or signal out, and I want to add/remove fields, clicking on the Ad(plus)/Remove(minus) button, nothing happens. I mean, the popup window where I enter the names and types of the fields never shows up.
But, if I close the browser, and erase the browser cache, at the end, I DO can add/remove the fields.
I am on a EP7 SP14.
Did someone experience some like that?
I don't know if it's a bug or a misconfig in my browser/VC/EP.

What I'm doing is a complete clearence of browser cache. I mean, after I've deleted ALL the temporary files, ALL cookies and ALL everything else, the plus button works correctly.
However, I'm working on a VPN, so I don't know if this issue appears anytime when you're working on-site.

As stated above - a blank (UNTITLED) window pops up, but no player, no music. I just had some issues (virus, etc) and my PC was undated, fixed with the newest version of Firefox installed. I'm I now missing something?
For starters your Mac does not have a virus.
It sounds like you have installed adware on your Mac probably from a download from a shady site that adds malware to their download. To get rid of it, try http://www.adwaremedic.com/index.php -
the Add-on didn't work to download. It was the Qute theme to make firefox look more like an older version.
Also the top right corner of my screen is black and I can't see the minimize or restore or close button. they work by me guessing where to place my mouse, but the buttons can't be seen.To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

I've looked at the articles on keyboard/mouse click shortcuts; and the only reference I saw for emptying the trash said that right clicking on the trash folder would bring up a menu of options and that one of these would be to empty the trash.
Not the case.
I'm using Thunderbird 24.3.0 on an mac running OS 10.9.2 . When I use the mac version of right click (that is -- control click) I get the following menu options: Open in New tab * Open in New Window * Rename * Favorite Folder * Properties
Empty the trash is not among the options. Since this is such a fundamental operation, I would think a keyboard or mouse-click shortcut would be obvious. What am I missing?
I should add that we manage several email accounts and that they all use "Trash on Local Folders".Thank you for the reply. Sadly, it didn't work.
On a mac, alt and option share the same key. I tried using option/alt in combination with command, control and shift (+f) -- but none worked. None of these combinations did anything at all. Is that a clue? Could a plugin be causing the problem? In search of a resolution, I deactivated most of my Plugins. Those left are:
* Adobe Acrobat NPAPi Plug-in
* AdobeExManDetect 1.1.0
* Flip4Mac Windows Media Plugin
* Jave Applet Plug-in Java 7 Update 51
* QuickTime Plug-in 7.7.3
* Sharepoint Browser Plug-in 14.3.1.
* Shockwave Flash 12.0.0.70
Don't know what they do exactly. I have no extensions.

It has worked before. The files are in the "Program Files" library.

I understand that Firefox is no longer working on your Windows Tablet. The development of Metro did stop and has been discontinued. However what version were you on before this started to happen?

Flshopper what exe file are you double clicking on? After you download the installation files you will need to run them to install the application.

I cannot open new tabs & it is really frustrating. I've tried the drop down to open new tab, I click on the + but nothing happens. Can anyone help?
Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:
* Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
* Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons -

download the iTunes standalone installer
reboot into safe mode
run a permission repair session using disk utility
run the installer
let the Mac reboot normally
