I'm not exactly sure what you are seeing and what is happening, but try closing the App Store app, and then reset the iPad. See if that takes you out of that screen and allows you to navigate freely again.
Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the App Store app and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
After the device has turned off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Please help!! About a week ago I opened my iTunes to find that all but 200 something of my songs were missing (I had 1,000 something the day before) and all of my current playlists were gone. They've been replaced by playlists that I had nearly four years ago and have long since deleted. It also says "Previous iTunes Libraries" at the top. I am SO frustrated because everything is gone!!!
Nevermind, once I posted this topic it gave me some helpful related topics on the side and I found my answer! Would have been nice if it could have given me those before I posted this!!! Anyway, if anyone else sees this and is having the problem, press and hold the Shift key while double clicking to open itunes on your desktop, then it will ask you to select a library and just choose the one with the most recent date!! (Use the Opt key instead of Shift for Mac users). I owe alot of thanks to the person on the board that helped me, been frustrated for DAYS!!! THANK YOU!

Although Apple is not obligated to provide a refund, there have been many cases reported here where they will do so if it is explained that it was an unauthorized purchase by a minor. So it is worth a try, which you can do at iTunes Customer Service.
Going forward, as FanBoy suggests, set all the restrictions. It would also be a good idea to take your credit card off the account, and just load it a little at a time with gift cards, so that your exposure to unauthorized purchases is minimized.

Hey All:
I have an .ipa file that is legit and "signed" (at least I think so) but for some reason will not work on any device. I basically drag the .ipa file into itunes app section and it will show there as a working app.
I select the button that says "install" so that when it syncs it puts it on my ipad or iphone. Once I move over to the iphone or ipad the icon is greyed out with the words waiting or installing under the icon.
Waiting for a half a day at one point before I finally gave up and deleted it from my devices.
Can someone point me in a direction as to what I might be doing wrong? The only thing I can think is that its' not io7.1 compatable but that is all I got.

PaulI am assuming you where generating the .ipa file using a UniversalDistribution Provisioning Profile with an iOS Developer Enterprise Account. If so I had the same problem - turned out it was a Certificate issue - what worked for me was when creating the Certificate which I did manually using Keychain Access I left the Common Name field blank and the .ipa installed properly on my devices. Hope this helps.

go to settings and sign out his apple id in the sections i tell you:
1.game center
2.itunes and appstore
3.messages
4.icloud(delete acount;it wont realy delete it will only remove from your ipad)

You can contact iTunes and ASK for a refund. Then make make an exception to their all sale are final policy.

If you see a dialog telling you the app is not avaiable, then it's not available.
And keep in mind, your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

Go to settings>messages>send and receive at>you can be reached by iMessages at> Uncheck your phone number and you can select your Apple ID emal address if you want to use that for messages.

I just bought the Apple iPad Air yesterday and I wanted to download a certain app from the app store. When it first opened it had a page come up over the apps with free apps that you could download to the iPad. I clicked on the not now button, thinking it would reappear after closing and re-opening the app store, but it did not. Ever since I was with my iPad in France, it goes to the French app store instead of to the Netherlands' one. As a consequence, I am unable to download any app. Not in France, because my bank account number is Dutch (it says), not in the Nteherlands because I should buy in the Dutch app stoe.
How to get rid of this problem? I regularly travel from the Netherlands to France.

I'm a new iPad user (ipad2) and have tried to download a few apps. I already have a iTunes/app store account but often when I try download a app I get a message that says "your request could not be processed"?It could be a problem at the other end, try again tomorrow. Also , try resetting your iPad by holding down the home and sleep/wake button till the Apple logo appears and then let it wake up, maybe that may help.

Go to Settings>Safari and turn "Block pop-ups" off. You may needs to restart the ipad after turning off this settings if it doesnt work immediately
