I am completely lost and angry ever since the red "X' and gray up & downs and all the familiar things went away, and I NEED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE since i only us
I cannot use any of the lingo u sent with each button I press. My red "X" disappeared, all the things I used for 7 or 8 years using only sports ball scores, email and a few websites.

For the last week and a half I have seen all the features I knew with bellsouth, at & t , and lately www.yahoo.com disappear. I am 75 years old, but not dead, and I've missed some VERY valuable messages from my daughters and friends because Firefox came in and wiped out everything (almost) of the familiar .
PLEASE CALL ME and I will try to tell you what my problems are. The changes were made without my permission, and have caused damage to my stress, missed meetings and financial harm Let's stop the damage and tell me how to get my old camputer back

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
If you have made changes to Advanced font settings like increasing the minimum/default font size then try the default minimum setting "none" and the default font size 16 in case the current setting is causing problems.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.

My phone lately has been searching for service constantly, I would say that 80%of my day my phone is searching for service. There was a software update for I think 8.1.2, my phone didn't have enough storage, so I tried to do it through iTunes, when I did that, I got the connect to iTunes screen and couldn't get past it. So now I have put my phone into recovery mode and have run into nothing but issues. One iTunes will not let me update the software, secondly I can't restore it, I get a pop up saying something that my device isn't recognized. I'm completely lost and frustrated Need some suggestions...

My iPad and the camera connection kit is completely useless to me, ever since the update where Apple restricted the device from connecting to certain external devices. I've tried everything, but is there any way I can get rid of this annoying problem? The bottom line is that I'll stay away from apple, because they basically make it so the devices control you, and you don't control the devices. I've even jail broken to try and fix this. I need my USB drives to work as they have many folders. Formatting doesn't work, so it is definetly down to the software and it's restrictions.
Please help.The camera connection kit is to be used to connect a camera or an SD card and transfer photos/video. You can't fault them for something that happened to work and doesn't any longer. There are drives like the seagate available if you need access to extra storage

Is it possible that you or someone who knows your iCloud sign on went into the Find My iPhone app and erased your device via iCloud? Because that is what that message is saying.
Have you tried to sign on with your Apple ID and password?
Was it online prior to this incident happening?

First of all, I would have to say that getting in touch with you is a nightmare and I am not at all happy that I can't just email or live chat with someone who can help! I am not a technical person, I just want to be able to use Photoshop Elements and get on with it. I bought Photoshop Elements via Amazon some months ago and it worked fine. I then got a message that advised that the trial version would expire, which it subsequently has (I have been trawling your site for weeks and weeks trying to find an email or phone contact to get some assistance). Relucltantly, I am now typing this - and I suspect it will not help in the slightest! I had a free trial of Lightroom 5 and tried to purchase it, but page errors blocked me from being able to do this. I then got a free trial of Adobe CC. At first I saw my old photos, then the whole thing went down, and now I have a new Lightroom 5 trial, and none of my edited photos. Can I retrieve all these photos from my first trial?
Yes, you have to find the catalog file from the CC trial (use your operating system to search for it, the file name ends with .LRCAT), and then once you find it, open the LR5 trial and open the catalog you just found using File->Open Catalog

Audio drops out during editing - but fine when shared as a final video
On my most current project, the audio track (from the recorded video interview) started dropping out/stuttering. When project is rendered, the audio is fine, but this is annoying while trying to edit. Any thoughts? PE 8 recording in HD.
