I am connected to net,but when i try to open web page it says safari is not connected to internet,this happend after i re set ipad touch

can't get SAFARI on the internet won't open any web pages ? on my ipod touch

Try:
- Resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch:  Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears-.
- Powering off and then back on the router.
- Resetting network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
