Hi,
You have the choice between xml or pdf, in later versions of designer you can choose with a dropdown on the email button Object palette, the "Submit As";
In earlier version you had to edit the XML Source and change the format from xml to pdf (or vice-versa);

The music that I purchased from an old account will not transfer to my new account & the old account email no longer exists it is (djbdeercreek613@com***t.net) and the password would not be accepted when we entered it. I also purchased one song "Country Must Be Country Wide" By Brentley Gilbert and it did not download to my i-pod. please let me know how I can get this problem taken care of.

Purchased Design and web premium 7 weeks ago but found that has acrobat X not acrobat XI.

I believe I should be able to download version XI without additional fees as I only purchased this a few weeks ago specifically to design forms/interactive forms for my university employer. Cloud is no good to me as I am often unable to connect to internet and work offline. Can you please help me? In addition to this I have had to reinstall acrobat X after it stopped working 3-4 days ago when I opened an In design file that I had madeinto interactive PDF. Has there been any issues with updates causing problems?

Acrobat XI is not a part of CS6 Suite, Acrobat 10 is and that's the reason you see Acrobat 10 in the Design & Web Premium CS6.

Question on a quirk I have noticed when creating a form using LiveCycle Designer 8 and was wondering if there was a way to change this.
I will use a Text Field for an area where I want the person who will fill out the form to add comments/questions. I widen the box out so the user will have area to type their comments in.
In the properties of for that Text Field, on the "Object" tab I check the box to allow multiple lines and I limit the length to the visible area.
That all works fine. The quirk is when I test the form and then click in that area to type for the text field the cursor always starts in the middle of that Text Field area. Is there a way to get the cursor to start at the top of the text box when someone fills out the form?

Attach to Email - Can we create HTML format rather than plain text

We need to send invoices & receipts to customers. Our accounting app produces a PDF. We then use the toolbar button (or File|Attach to email).
Our email client is MS Outlook.
Is there a way to create an HTML format email (so we can use our signature and get our branding out there) rather than the plain text email which is produced currently.

I designed a form in LiveCycle Designer, save it as PDF file. Try to open it in Acrobat 9 Pro for editing, but cannot. Why? I want to edit my fields with Acrobat 9 Pro. What I am doing wrong?

How can I create a slideshow that depicts only a version of a photo rather than the original? Since the original and new versions are saved together, the aperture slideshow often choices the original rather than the desired version to display.

There are two things we use the name "Slideshow" for in Aperture: a Slideshow Album, used for making Slideshows, and the Slideshow that is made. (Imho, it is a design mistake to not call the containers used to create Slideshows, Books, etc., "Albums".)
The Slideshow will use the Album Pick from any Stack. A good way to use Aperture is to promote the Image you want to regularly use (such as, for example, a Version with adjustments) to the top of the Stack. This makes it the Stack Pick, and will be the default Album Pick. If you haven't done that, you can still change the Album Pick for any Stack in a Slideshow Album. Expand your Stack(s), select the Image in each Stack that you want to be the Album Pick (and thus shown in the Slideshow), and "Stacks➞Set Album Pick". (Note the keyboard shortcut; there is also a Toolbar icon for this.) The change is immediate. The Slideshow will always show the Album Pick (or, if there is not one, the Stack Pick) for every Stack in your Slideshow Album.

Older Macs with a single Harddrive would simply expand OS management on the drive, and I think I understand the new Fusion Drive to do just that, but how do I get this product that I spent a great deal of money on to be more than a pretty screen?

OS X manages ram and when you run out, it create swapfiles to extend your ram on the HDD (Hard Disk Drive). The OS itself, takes about 16 gig of space and that too resides on the HDD. Your 16 gig of RAM is really a temporary space that holds things from the HDD so the processor can work on them. There is no design flaw between your ram and HDD. Something else is going on and there are a lot of smart people here to help you figure out what that "something else" is.
I would do three things. First I would create a backup, backups are important. Second, I would reboot into recovery and repair my HDD. Lastly while still booted in recovery I would repair permissions.

turn your ipad off by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds and slide to turn off then turn it back on and the apps should be finished and if the apps didnt finish just redownload them

when you open your 'Downloads' folder choose 'View' in the Menu bar and choose:
'as List'
'Show View Options'
In 'View options' window you tick:
'Always open in list view'
'Date Modified', or
'Date created'
Now inside the 'Downloads' folder click on 'Date Created' (or 'Date Modified')
column to get items alined from oldest to newest date (or reverse)…

However we are receiving an error when attempting to enter data in the field which we have this edit. Error property: line through cannot be set because doing so would violate the document permission setting. any idea how we can get around this issue?

You can control which fields are locked down after signing by setting up a collection. Then those that are not locked can be changed after signing. If this is not possible, then the line outs must occur prior to signing.

Then you rotate it and SAVE or SAVE AS and it will remain that way.

Depending on exactly what you want to do, there are a couple of ways of handling this. You may want to access teh user guide for some ideas: http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/ipad_user_guide.pdf
In particular, check the sections on Customizing iPad and Settings > Restrictions.
