I am cursed with a master password I submitted a few days ago and it now seems impossible to get rid of it ... when I uncheck the box the approriate pop up comes up but the 'remove' is is not functioning ... help ... I hate this feature and want it gone !
A few days ago I was stupid and tried the Master Password option. Now it will not allow me to remove it! I follow the process but when I submit the master password for removal the 'remove' button is dead. Only the 'cancel' option is active.

Correct.
The only way to locate/disable/erase any lost/stolen iPhone/iPod Touch is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords.
If your carrier offers Blacklisting & they Blacklist the phone, it will be unusable as a phone.
If locked with a passcode, and running iOS 7.0, then phone cannot be activated or the passcode removed without knowing your Apple iD/Password. It will be nothing but a useless paperweight.
If not running iOS 7.0, the phone can be forced into recovery mode & restored. -

I Can no longer synch my iPhone and iPad to Outlook using iTunes on a Win 7 Pc. I updated to iTunes 11.1.4.62 a few days ago. Don't know if that caused my problem. I've reset the Synch History, deleted any Notes in Outlook that don't have a subject. Grateful for any help.

I receated the pdf, I renamed it. tried to do it before I imported more pages. no go. the 16 mg pdf will normally reduce to 5 or 6

Are you facing the issue with any pdf file?
Please try updating Acrobat to 11.0.7 and check.
You might also want to repair Acrobat and see.

I just bought the new MacBook Air a few days ago and my Internet connection is so slow. My iPhone's connection works fine when connected to the wifi but the MacBook connects for a few seconds then drops completely. What do I do? I tried connecting it to my phone's hotspot and it works perfectly. I'm a new Mac user so I have no idea what to do. I have Comcast xfinity cable and Internet. Thanks for the help.

1) When entering through Safary to Google Images and tap on each one of them they do not enlarge nor I am able by click on them to enter into their connected website
2) When I receive an e-mail with images I cannot easily save them in my gallery. It needs more than 10 tabs to the window "save this image" or "save all 3 images" and if I am lucky it saves one image. This is very frustrating, I loose a lot of time trying and affects my job.

I purchased a song a few days ago and downloaded the whole song and the song will not play all the way through it only plays 23 seconds. How do I fix this problem?
Thanks for this post. It corrected my similar issue. Note that you need to exit from/re-enter iTunes after deleting the song from your Purchased list.

I downloaded a ringtone a few days ago and iTunes charged me twice which I am not happy about, not only that I didn't receive the ringtone.
This is probably not the right place to complain but I have tried contacting iTunes support and they said they will be in contact with myself in 24 hours and well its been well over that !!!!
You guys really need a phone customer services for iTunes, I know quite a few people that this has happened too and waiting for days for a response is not good.You are not addressing Apple here at all.

I lost my iPhone a few days ago and I put it on the lost mode. I don't want to give up looking for it. If a person stole it, is there a way for them to get into it or is it locked? I don't want to give up!!! But if there is a way that they could get in and take over my phone with a new number without me deactivating the iPhone and activating a different phone with my number.
lost mode don't depend of the sim card. If you take your Iphone on Lost mode... anybody can use it with the original card sim or with an other one.
Did you try to localise it ?
But hope that thief don't make a restore of the Iphone... Call your Mobile Operator to try to block the IMEI Number. -

Go to the Apple Store webpage and in the upper right go to Account and select Track an Order. There you will find the status of your order. You only get a tracking order when the items ships.

There are two ways to recover from this condition.
1. Select
Store ▹ View My Account
from the App Store menu bar, then select View hidden purchases. Stop or resume the download.
2. Open LaunchPad and find the icon of the app you're trying to install. There will be a small progress bar below it. Click the "X" to stop the download. -
