its about a month old and i have had to enter the PUK code about 4 times and already a total reset i have called and complained and Ashley the manager i spoke to said she would call me back a day later her self and to no surprise i never received her call. I am fed up

While the store in unable to exchange your device after 14 days from purchase, your device is still within the manufacturers' warranty and it is eligible for a Certified Like New Replacement http://vz.to/uyYF0o if it is determined to be defective.     I think what may be your main issue here is that the 2011
    server has the Intel integrated HD3000 and is is struggling
    to run both a Thuderbolt display and a second monitor.
    When looking at specs for Thunderbolt Display, it is stated
    that the 2011 Mini Server can only support one.  Adding that
    Dell monitor with 1920x1200 display may just be too many
    pixels for the HD3000 to handle.
    You may want to try setting the Dell to a lower resolution
    to test the theory to see what happens.  It is however,
    possible that any additional monitor when using the Thunderbolt
    display may over tax the HD3000 graphics.
    FWIW personally, I have been running a 2011 Mini Server w/ Thunderbolt
    display for almost a year now without any issues.  However, I don't
    use a second monitor.

  • Ok! Well I am so disappointed with Apple right now. My phone has had nothing but problems with it and Im sick of it, it's practically brand new.

    First of all, my phone keeps resetting every few minutes, and secondly there are purple and orange lines that come up when I use my camera.

    If the basics ( restart, reset, restore) fail, then make an appointment a the genius bar.  If it is defective, then they will replace.

    Firefox is highly customizable and you may be able to customize it to meet your needs.

    I've had nothing but problems for the past few weeks I'm sure it's maybe a new software version? I can't convert PDFs to Word anymore I keep getting this error message. An error occurred while trying to access the service for all documents.
    It's slow at loading and I'm looking for a new program!

    Are you using Adobe Reader to access the Export pdf service to convert the file.
    If so please update Reader to the latest v 11.0.10 and then check. Also make sure you are signed in with your Adobe ID in Reader.
    Can you please also try signing in to the web url: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  with your Adobe ID and check if you are able to convert the file or not.

  • Issue with Lenovo X201 tablet that has me stumped!

    This is my laptop I use for school and I desperately need it functioning. PLEASE HELP! I usually always leave it on but one day I came home from work and it was off. The led lights (including charging light) was off. I thought the charger went bad and ordered a new one. Well, it decided to start charging again but when I power on the unit the lights all start to come on like it's going to work and the HHD light briefly lights up for only a second or 2 and the HHD light goes back off. The blu tooth light and all others stay on, the HHD light never flashes or comes back on again while powered on and there's no display at all. I've tried (while unplugged and battery out) holding the power button, repeatedly tapping the power button, holding the power button several times while holding it in several seconds each time and I even had the power button pressed for over 24 hours while unplugged and battery out. I've taken it apart and seen no visual damage to the main board as well. I am completely stumped as to why it won't even try to start up. It doesn't allow me to press the "ThinkVantage" button or any of function keys. Can anyone out there in the Lenovo or ThinkPad community help, please! I really need this functioning again for school, which starts in about 2 weeks. Thank you!

    Have you tried unplugging all peripherals from the motherboard (mouse, keyboard, screen connector, and all other stuff except for the power button connector) to see if the motherboard will power on by itself. If it doesn't power on then the only solution is to get a new motherboard. If the mainboard does power on by itself then, something inside your laptop is shorting out the motherboard and thus why it won't turn on. You will have to plug in one item at a time to see what is shorting out. Hope this helps.

    Ok so here is the update.......... Swapped out the iPad for a new one, via AppleCare warranty. Downloaded my backup, upgraded to current iso, problem solved. Although at first glance this seemed to be a software problem, it appears based on the outcome that it was a hardware malfunction. Thanks for everyone's input. Hope this helps someone with similar problem.

         I bought a macbook off of a friend but the CD drive to the computer doesnt work and was broke awhile ago. I needed to install some software onto this computer so I bought the Apple USB SuperDrive thinking it would work, but later finding out that it is only compatible with macs that dont have a superdrive built in. An Apple support technician told me that it could be done through a process, but she couldn't help me with. So it would be greatly appreciated if someone can help me with this problem. Thank You!

    Hi, shame you are suffering from the same problem. I contacted Apple support and they were excellent.
    They had me backup my iPhone and perform a hard reset (pressing both buttons at the same time until the iPhone turns itself off).
    They then had me perform an iCloud backup and this worked perfectly for me, I am back up and running and pretty happy with it.

    I'm very interested in how it's working for 1080 24p in FCP & Motion.
    Is the blue-only calibration and 10 bit worth paying the extra $$ over an Intensity Pro?
    Also curious about it with AE on Win7 - as with the card, apparently the same device can work on multiple platforms easily.

    I've got one running out of the SATA slot on my macbook, and it's been great - largely because there are so few ways to monitor off of such a setup. I can't speak to Windows, but I use it with FCP and After Effects, working 1080p out to a Toshiba HD set, and it really does help me - the color is good, but the true motion playback has really been a bonus. To my eye it's hard to beat for the price.
