Why doesn't adobe bill me so i can use my software?
It shows me 00 days remaining and i cant use anything.

    If that is the case and Customer Service has no idea of what you were given as a Product Key and how to use it, have you considered asking
    your question in the seller's forum (PC software section)?

    Make sure you have 24 digits serial. also let me know if you have installed the product from creative cloud app, if it is installed through creative cloud app you will get invalid serial number error

    I've seen this question a dozen times, and nearly every time, the first person to answer assumes it was a gifted purchase. Weird.
    Same problem here. Books are going to credit card despite sufficient balance on iTunes credit. Seems to be a common problem.

The thing  is that I bought the I phone 5 on the 23 rd December 2012 from Manhattan new York and I live in Qatar and there is no service centre in qatar .. I am now without a phone although I paid 706$ and that's a big amount .. I am disappointed .. I bought an original phone from the original apple store and I ended up with a product that didn't survive for a month.. What quality assurance do the apple have on their products...I need help here

    Well, I checked the iphone and the battery charged going from the bolt to the plug in the upper right hand corner very quickly. On my other cell phones, charging took a REAL long time.
    Again, is this normal? I unplugged the iphone from the charger and I am going to monitor the battery power today. I find it odd that the battery would work on standby for 4 days without recharging the battery and then start doing something wacky. Any thoughts?

  • Firefox randomly shuts down, crashes almost every day. 80+ times in the last 6 months

    Generally I will have 1 or 2 Firefox windows open with possibly 4 or 5 tabs in each. I may be reading an article, or doing nothing at all, away from computer not touching anything and presto CRASH. This has been a nearly daily occurrence, sometimes multiple times in a day, rarely go 2 days without at least one. There seems to be no common thread to the crashes. I have done all of the updates, tips, etc. that I can find. All "Add-ons" are up to date except that I have tried to update "Adobe Acrobat" several times and, although I go through the process and it says it is done / completed, it still comes up in my "Add-ons manager" as "Outdated Plugins". I've run multiple virus and malware scans, all clean. I'm running Windows Vista.

  • Texas Hold'em bug : last 2 tables crash and take your money

    I just encountered a pretty nasty bug with with the Hold'em game. After accumulating around 300k I went to try my luck at the 50k table. The game took me back to the menu of the Hold'em game. I tried again, same thing. I decided to try the last table instead and it once again took me to the menu. The kicker though is that the game took my money before booting me back to the menu.
    I lost all my winnings. Pretty annoying. If anything it would be nice if the game could validate that the table loaded properly before taking your money for it.
    Some details:
    - I was playing my own music with headphones on, in other words, the game sounds were not active. (It might have reached the end of the playlist at the time though, I don't remember)
    - It was my first time trying to play those two tables.
    - It was not the first table I played in the session. I played a couple of tournaments on the Vegas table first.
    - I tried all other tables at some point and none ever did this. Only the last two.

    There is a way to get you rmoney back that may also work for your situation.
    If you are unhappy loosing, when you return to the statistics screen hold down the home button until the application unloads. None of the statistics are saved and when you restart you have all your money back.

    minutes, and then explain that the manager verified the number is

    I tell you I am so disappointed with Adobe Flex support.
    After all the time and frustration to purchase support, I paid
    $1400 for the only support option they offered. It turns out it's
    email support only and the SLA response time is 3 days.
    I've been working on a production problem for over a week now
    and could not get a phone call or escalation of my problem. Which
    is still not resolved. After numerous emails specifying my concerns
    and begging for a phone call and some help I finally went to the
    investor relations portion of the Adobe web site. Found several key
    executives and forwarded my emails to them. Finally, I got a phone
    call.
    After my email to the executives and a phone call I finally
    got a phone call from the support manager. He explains the support
    contract I bought has the lax SLA's and if I need better SLA's I
    have to purchase a different contract. Oh and by the way the web
    site is now fixed with the option to buy that. I'm afraid to go and
    look to see how much that costs! Your thousand plus dollars doesn't
    buy much anymore. LOL.
    I'm guessing Adobe isn't marketing Flex towards the SMB
    marketplace?????

  • Why Adobe doesn't use the open source codec x264vfw for Elements as .AVI?

    Well we all know who wants to work with the x264vfw that it does not work in Premiere Elements.
    But i think Adobe could have make it work with the open source x264vfw or with the AVC-Intra coder.
    I am still asking me also why it would work when i do re-encode it with another program to h264 again but as MP4?
    Adobe does itself make it really easy and messing with us. because they are saying there is support for h264 but only for MP4 and another one...
    Why they don't add .AVI support that goes to the support of Adobe because i can't get into the livechat.... because its only under the week....
    This Codec the H264 X264 and AVC-1 are the most used codecs today in my opinion so i don't know why they don't sit their Dev's on that.
    ALSO that it does not work on their 600$ Application named Premiere Pro is something that i don't understand...
    For me its unbelievable if i am honest.
    I now want to know why adobe is such a service desert in this point.
    They all yelling about that but Adobe does nothing.
    If somebody knows a solution without re-encoding or FFMPEG solution, because it does not work well with my Variable Frame Rate in Premiere Elements let it me know.
    Also i want an Answer from Adobe why they don't do anything.
    I tried to put the x264vfw .dll into plugins or the folder but the problem is not solved.
    I am sitting for Quiet a time behind that and see how many threads there existing... and it's only frustrating.
