I am downloading a movie and keep getting error -39 and then -50
How to fix the problem. I did put in the trash the dowload and started again, but no, half way through it did it again!

Are you running Kaspersky security software on that PC? (There's been a few reports in recent times of Kaspersky interfering with iTunes installs, with that message being produced.)
If there is Kaspersky on board, we should try some general-principles getting-past-security-software-interference troubleshooting.
Download and save a fresh copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (32-bit installer file) or iTunes64Setup.exe to your Hard drive. (Don't run the install on line, and don't start the install just yet.)

Restart the PC. After the PC restarts do not open any applications. Disconnect from your network and/or the internet. Now switch off all your security software (firewall, antivirus, antispyware).
Now start the install by doubleclicking the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) file you downloaded earlier.
Reenable all security software prior to reconnecting to your network and/or the internet.
Any better luck with the security software shut down? -

The files will not download so what can I do when I keep getting error 404 and I cleared my cookies. I tried so many times.
What files? 404 means you have an incorrect link somewhere.

I had the same issue. I closed iTunes, restarted the computer and then tried again. This time it would sync. Another thing I tried was switching USB ports I was connecting through.

I am trying to re-install Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard on my Widows 7 Professional computer after I had to replace the hard drive. I keep getting error message and I get "Exit Code 15: Media DB Sync failed". I have run C Cleaner with same results. Have Disabled UAC and Startup items and Services with no success. Please help - frustrated to no end. Can someone help me?

copy the installation files to a desktop folder and install from there. -
I just tried to install the iTunes update 11.4.1 and keep getting error messages. I have never had this issue before over many years of using iTunes and getting updates to the software. What version of the Mac OS X do you have on your computer? The version of iTunes that you can install is dependent on the operating system that you have. For example, the current version of iTunes requires OS X version 10.7.5 or later.
