I am facing difficulty with my Creative Suite 2 installation

Jeff, I tried to contact the support team online and before my message was read, I was asked to agree to pay $58.00...All I want is to be able to use my copy of CS5 on a new computer. The old one is dead. I did not deactivate CS5 on the old one. I have purchased Adobe 7 and upgraded to every single version that came after it except for CS3. In addition I purchased Creative Suite 2 for PC and MAC. What is the solution of one cannot deactivate ?
I would appreciate a phone number where I can speak to someone at Adobe.

Jeff, no, I don't have a case number. I simply didn't go through with it...It was an Adobe pop up that asked to agree to the $58.00 if I was satisfied with the person who would assist me. This happened after I wrote my long explanation. I was trying all along to deactivate my Photoshop 32 bits on my new pc. For some reason, the 32 bits version as well as the 64 bits version downloaded on my new pc which is a 64 bits machine.
It's no problem, I understand the need to protect copyrights. One question though, I thought I was allowed to have two copies of Photoshop on two different computers...I also have an InDesign suite on my Mac laptop. CS2 version, but I paid the full pop for this. How many copies are we allowed to have in functioning mode ?

The first two issues sound like a video driver problem.
What is the make/model of your video card/chip?
What is the installed video driver number and date?
For the last issue, it could be many things, including the video driver. I'd look over this ARTICLE, and if there is nothing in the first part, then move on to tuning up the OS an computer in the second part. That would probably be a good time to post the full specs. of your computer, and also both your Project and Source footage. Finally, part three covers many troubleshooting tips, and furnishes many links.

How many installs do I get with a Creative Suite License and if more than one can I put a copy on MAC and Windows?

You can install software on up to two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, depends on the Platform for which you bought the product (Creative Suites License ). For Creative Cloud subscription, it can be any two platforms.
If you install on a third computer, it will request you to de-activate on the other two computers. You can then reactivate one of the previous two computers, and use Creative Suite license or Creative Cloud apps on it.
For Creative Suite - To deactivate from preinstalled machine, Open any Adobe CS application > Help Menu > Deactivate.
For Creative Cloud - To deactivate from preinstalled machine, Open any Adobe CC application > Help Menu > Sign out.

Facing Issue With Oracle SOA Suite 11.1.1.3.0

I have following SOA suite installation at my server:

The first thing what I have done is created a web service and deployed it to server without any issue.
After that I created proxy client for that service and accessed it successfully from the client end.
Till here no issue occurs.
After that I applied few policies on top of web service and deployed it to server.
The policy I had chosen was “oracle/wss_username_token_service_policy” [coming under OWSM policies list]
While deploying there was no issue, all went well.
2nd step I had created client using “oracle/wss_username_token_client_policy” policy which is counter part of above policy and tried to access the web service but failed.

Not getting any help from any blog. Just wondering why this error is coming. I would be glad if you can help us in this regard.
Apart from above issue I have few queries like:
1.What is difference between OWSM policies and WLS policies?
2.Are these the only policies we can apply on top of services?
3.If some one wants to configure his own custom policies than what need to be done
4.Could anyone please provide some useful links to implement ENCYPTION and SIGNATURE on top of web services?
5.And If I am not wrong, I guess Oracle Service BUS OSB 11.1.1.3 has been removed from the main download link and version 11.1.1.4 has been provided. Is it
compatible with SOA suite 11.1.1.3.0? If not where can I get OSB 11.1.1.3?

I don't know why u get an error. Here are answers for additional questions:
1. OWSM policies are for web services. WLS policies are based on Java EE security. They are used to protect resources e.g. URL, EJB
2. I don't know about other policies

How to get Windows 8.1 touch screen to work with my Creative Suite Cs5

Really want to know if there is a way to make Creative Suite Cs5 work on my Windows 8.1 touch screen device that does not have the wacom hardware

Well, considering bang for the buck, CS6 is about $700 USD to buy outright, which is fine but users have to be aware that Adobe's only going to put out critical updates for that version for the time being. No new features, etc. Even its Camera Raw doesn't have any of the new features inherent in Photoshop CC's Camera Raw.
Contrast this with paying about $120 USD/year (about $10 USD/month if one chooses to go that route) for Photoshop CC, Lightroom and any and all updates and new features to those programs via the Creative Cloud Photography Plan. By the time you've paid the equivalent that you would just for CS6, you'd have updates and new features that are leaps and bounds ahead of CS6. (CC itself has gone though several major updates that contain new features.) IMHO, there's no contest.

Selective installation with Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection applications

I am planning to purchase the Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection. I don't want to install all the applications in the suite right now due to hardware limitations. Is it possible to select some applications during installation (just enough that my hardware can support) and leave out the rest for installation later when I upgrade my hardware? Thank you

Should be okay for all but the most demand apps. Don't expect miracles though.
Again, though, please be careful with bargain software. Anything more than about 5-10% off the list price is likely to be illegally pirated or stolen software.

Problems installing Phototshop CS5 on Win7 with previous Creative suite 4

I have Creative Suite 4 installed but only want to upgrade to CS5 Photoshop. Would like to deactivate CS4 Photoshop only, but appears you have to deactivate the whole suite.So left the Suite intact before installing lastest version of Photoshop.
Installed CS5 Photoshop (trial version) and appeared to load ok but had these errors at the end:

Summary 15 errors and 16 warnings
It appears to work, but do these error messages mean it is not installed correctly? Am I am still on the long road to recovery?

There is no upgrade to just PS CS5 from Creative Suite 4.
Did you install PS CS5 trial in the Admin mode? When you downloaded the trial there should have been a folder on your desk top with 2 files in it. Right click on the .exe file in that folder and choose run as Admin. Another folder will show up on your desktop. This folder will have extracted files in it. Look for the Photoshop install .exe file, right click on that and choose install as Admin so the install will get the correct security levels for install. When the screen pops up choose 30 day trial.
Now, the first time you run Photoshop you need to Right click on the PS Icon, 64 bit or 32 bit, Choose properties, Compatibility tab and again put a check mark in run as Admin. Hit apply then Ok to close. Run PS CS5
Not sure what the errors are about. But it may be working ok or it may not be. Don't know.
Just remember you can not upgrade just to PS CS5. You have to upgrade the Suite.

Help with adobe creative suite 5 design premium download

I just got a new computer that does not have a cd drive and I have my current software on cds. I need to find out how to download the creative suite 5 premium. Problem with download Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium trial

I have downloaded Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium Trial but at the end of the download it brings up this error message: "Error extracting the product installer (error 101). Check for available disk space on your system and try downloading the product again." I am using a Dell laptop. I definitely have ample disk space. I don't want to download the product again as it has taken many hours and 3.6 GB to download. Please help! Thanks

Did you customize the location for the trial to download? We often times see this happen when users select their Program Files folder to download the install files too. I would recommend trying to download to your user folder or desktop.

Creative Suite 6 installation stuck on windows 7

Bought creative suite 6 Design and Web Premium and started the installation on windows 7
Went with default installation and selected all (default).. After around 20 min or so
it keeps accessing CD drive while installing acrobat X. Looks like it got stuck.. Waited for
several min and I had to shut down the PC.
Started another installation and now de-selected acrobat and see how it goes.. need to
wait for an hour I guess to see whether it will be successful
Any knows issues. BTW this PC is isolated for photo processing only.. and I connect to internet while
uploading my photos. So it has an old ver of Windows 7 and I do not update windows 7 since I want to keep
this PC virus free..

Are you running Windows 7 or Windows 7 Service Pack 1? In addition to running the cleaner tool I would also recommend reviewing your installation log files. Creative Suite 5 installation Error - Exit Code 7

Have you ensured you're installing the Mac installation disc and not the Windows disc -- and that you're installing from the program installation disc and not the content installation disc?

Creative Suite 2 installation and activation on Windows 7 pc

I am having trouble re-installing a copy of creative suite 2 on a Windows 7 machine. I have legally purchased the software and have the box with the serial number but can't use these due to the activation problems. I am trying to install from the instructions which tell you to download the cs2 exe files from the adobe site - I am downloading the files first before running as this seems to be a problem for some people but each time only get as far as installing disk 1 file and can't get the install to carry on to the disk 2 files, you either get ok (which does nothing) or cancel which quits you out of the install.

CS2 is unsupported in Windows 7 and if it’s 64 bit that makes it even more
complicated. I’m afraid you are on your own.
