If the screen appears zoomed in then try double-tapping the screen with 3 fingers (with zoom 'on' you need to use 3 fingers to drag around the screen), and then go into Settings > General > Accessibility and turn Zoom 'off', and possibly also change what Triple-Click Home is set to.

If Apple's service database says that your iPhone was replaced, then Apple will no longer provide any service for that phone.
First, get a new SIM from your cell carrier and see if that corrects the problem. If it does not, try the usual steps for addressing software problems: restart, reset, restore.

If you try restoring from a backup and that doesn't fix the problem, try restoring to factory settings and, if the problem goes away, then sync back your apps and content. Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are unable to download the purchases from your purchase history, because iTunes believes the songs to be in your library. It may be necessary to delete the items from your library, then re-download from your purchase history. Before doing so, you may want to take note of which song are available for re-download:

Yes we did a back up, but it's a new computer and we can't find it anywhere on it. We had to "authorize" it through itunes, but still nothing. Thanks for the help

You should read the manual
To restart the iphone. Press the power butto until the slide to turn off button appears, then slide it.
Then press the power button again.
A reset is holding the power and home button down until the apple logo appears.
A restore, the most drastic of troubleshooting, is connect to itunes and clicking restore.

Every time I close FF it reverts to new install settings and doesn't retain any settings, I have uninstalled & reinstalled but no change - help

I installed FF and used it without issue, but on loading it for me next session and every subsequent session it reverts to the state it was as a new install including not retaining any settings for loaded extensions. This is a total pain and is likely to lead me to uninstalling if I cannot find a fix soon. I have uninstalled and re-installed and tried re-set but neither has made any difference.

You can check for problems with preferences and try to rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js files and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default values.

Okay, so I cracked my iPhone 5 and just got a new 5s in the mail. I'm using the same number, sim and everything. My latest backup was on March 14th, 2013. My boyfriend uses my Apple ID for a year now but we just recently got each others contacts and now we receive each other's messages. Will we lose that setting if I don't back my phone up before switching new phones? Cause I didn't have that setting before when it was last backed up. If I could back it up I would but I don't have nearly enough storage so that's why I'm asking lol. We want to keep the setting like that so we still get each others contacts and everything

You can always resync the Contacts, Notes, and Messages by signing into those services with the same AppleID once you have the new phone set up.

Try turning down the speak volume (System Preferences->Sound->Output->Output Volume) or the microphone gain (System Preferences->Sound->Input->Input Volume). Do this on both sides of the call.

I have been updating my site over the last week, using Iweb SEO TOOL, but suddenly 2 days ago I can no longer update when i go to publish it says "invalid password "on Iweb Test. and on SEO Tool, Login Failed Login Authentication Failed, the password and all settings are correct.
I am 100% sure the all the setting are correct, as it has been working for the last 7 months and I have just been updating it, then suddenly it stopped, I have all the FTP settings wrote down, and even changed the passwords twice hoping that may work to no avail.

Try the following:
delete the iWeb preference files, com.apple.iWeb.plist and com.apple.iWeb.plist.lockfile, that resides in your Home() /Library/Preferences folder.
go to your Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iWeb folder and delete its contents.

launch iWeb and try again.
If that doesn't help continue with:
move the domain file from your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder to the Desktop.
launch iWeb, create a new test site, save the new domain file and close iWeb.
go to the your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder and delete the new domain file.
move your original domain file from the Desktop to the iWeb folder.
launch iWeb and try again.

Updated versions of third-party plug-ins, panels etc need to be obtained from the original vendors. This has nothing to do with Adobe. and don't for a second think you can just copy this stuff from CS6 - it's causing crashes and all sorts of weird issues.

How does one redo a 8GB ipod? My neice has one and lock it with a password and now password dosen't work and/or she forgot it! It give message ipod is diable! connect to Itunes!
