I am getting a "how to reset your Apple ID" email over 25 times a day. It's been doing this for multiple days, and it's really irritating me. How do I stop it?
This is really irritating, and blocking the email would not help, as I may need to reset my ID.
But, I'm getting one of these emails every single minute...

It has been doing this for a week and the music is faint while the static is louder than it. I try plugging it in to my iTunes and when I un-plug it, it still makes the loud static noise. I have also tried tapping my knuckle on the back of my ipod nano. This has not damaged it at all nor caused this to my ipod. There is no water damage to the ipod. Only a few scratches from a couple drops. The drops have been on concrete but not at a very high distance. How to I stop this? Do I need to replace my ipod instead?
Have you tried a different pair of earbuds/headphones to rule out a pair of damaged/faulty ones? You might also want to make sure the headphones are securely and firmly seated in Nano's headphone jack. Lastly, check the headphone jack for any signs of debris or damage. You may need to have the headphone jack replaced either by Apple or a third party repair company.
I assume this static is present on any track you listen to versus only particular ones?

Okay, My iPod needed an update so I tried to update it and all it is showing is an white apple logo. Its been like that for a day now. I don't know what to do. Ive asked some people and they told told me to take it to apple, at&t or go on iTunes onto the computer. So I tried to restore it and I don't know how. I would first recommend going through all of the steps in the articles below.

If the issue persists or your device displays a connect to iTunes graphic, process the steps in article below.
Use recovery mode
Recovery mode erases your device and restores it, which should resolve the issue. If you previously synced with iTunes or iCloud, you may be able to restore from your backup after recovery.
Turn off your device. If you can't turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time and wait a few seconds for it to turn off.
Plug the device's USB cable into your computer only.
Hold down the device's Home button as you connect the USB cable to it.
When you see the Connect to iTunes screen, release the Home button. If you don't see this screen, try steps 1 through 3 one more time.
iTunes should open and display a message such as: "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes."
Use iTunes to restore your device.
If you don't see your device in iTunes, follow these steps for Mac or these for Windows.

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Then connect to computer and if it shows in iTunes restore.
- If screen is still on, let the battery fully drain. Then charge for an hour and try the reset and retore again. -

After years of no problems I sddenly can't print photos. When I select print I get the message "There are no themes located. Until at least one theme has been installed this feature will be unavailable. What are themes? How do I install them? Why has this problem suddenly arisen?
Re-installing does not affect your Library in any way. You don't delete it, only the app.
To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store or have a Recent Mac you can find it in your Purchases List.

I was downloading add ons; i let it wait until i left the site to load, but it's been running & showing the center spinning & "loading, please wait; it's been doing this for several hours & i don't know to stop or disable it
There is a rectangular white box between the top & bottom of the screen with no buttons on it. The wheel turns with 'loading, please wait'. There is a little arrow on the upper left with 2 green & gold 'men'. When I click on it this message shows up on the screen "Please accept the Terms of Service first (Add a social network). The only way I can get the wheel to quit turning is to go to 'tools' & click on options & it stops turnning. I already had a yahoo, facebook & twitter accounts, so I don't know what to do.
I've checked in my Control Panel & there is nothing with Firefox in there. If I can't resolve this can someone tell me to how to unload all of this & start over.

I am trying to convert PDF to Word with Adobe Export PDF on my PC. I get the message " error occurred while trying to access service". Has worked fine in past. Has been doing this for a few days now on all files i try to convert. Any ideas?? Thanks

Are you trying to convert your files from within Adobe Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates. Earlier versions of Reader could cause the specific error that you're reporting.

I purchased a full album and as it was downloading it stopped out of nowhere and all the music that was downloading said download error. Tap to retry. So i tapped all of them then it said it couldnt be downloaded at this time. Its been like this for 2 days. Help me!!!

I recently changed cable providers, so my email changed too. I was able to change my iMac to a new email and reset the password, but I am not able to use that email with my iPod touch. It still has my old email locked in when it asks me for my password. I don't remember the pasword because I tried to modify it when I did my iMac, and can't remember which password and capital letters I used. I am not able to back up my iCloud and am afraid to finally upgrade the software until I have this problem fixed. My secret question answersare wrong, and can't use the old email to reset because I have no access to that email account anymore. Can anyone help? If not I got to pay $19 to Apple support to fix it. This may occur if you are connected to the Internet and iTunes is trying to connect to the iTunes Store and fails for some unknown reason.
Try this:
Quit iTunes and disconnect completely from the Internet.
IF you have an iPhone (iPod etc), open iTunes. Sync the device.
Re-enable your Internet connection.
Quit iTunes.
Open iTunes again.
If this does not work, try completely uninstalling iTunes, then reinstall it according to these instructions:

when I go to add my raw files like I always have it said that it can not read these raw files. I called Nikon an was told that the raw files in the D810 are the same as the D800. Something is up.

The raw files are not the same as the D810 has a different sensor than the D800. The file layout might be the same but that doesn't mean any software that supports the D800 will support the D810. Adobe has to profile the new camera and add calibration profiles and then release an update to Lightroom. ACR 8.6 RC supports the D810, so LR 5.6 will probably support the D810 too.
