I am getting a message that says 'Unable to download song" . How do I get my song onto my iPod. It will not sync either.

I am trying to sync my music library on my ipod touch, 3rd gen. When I try to download songs from the cloud, it gives me an error message that the song could not be downloaded at this time. Retry.
This is completely not helpful and gives me no options for how to download, and I can't really find any suggestions for connecting the ipod to the cloud. It worked prior to the new update 0.7. I'm very frustrated!! Some songs have synced, but many have not. Especially the latest purchases.

I just figured out a solution. I connected my ipod to my computer, went to the 'info' tab on the menu for my ipod. I checked 'Sync Mail Accounts', which were greyed out until I selected them. That connected me to the Cloud and everything went back to normal. Hope this helps someone else!

Have you tried a soft-reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

You get that message any time you download an executable file. It is safe to open as long as you download from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Ericsvaren please make sure the date range selected is sufficient to include the order for your font. I would also encourage you to make a local back up in case you need the font again in the future. Touch power button all that appears is an apple then nothing. Ipod touch will not sync either.

Try placing the iPod in DFU mode and then restoring it via iTunes.

I can no longer use my aol on mac mail. When I set up the aol account name and password I get a message that says "Unable to verify account name or password". This is on all my Apple devices. Seems like an AOL server issue but no help from them!

I can no longer make my AOL e mail work with Mac Mail on all my devices. AOL email worked for years but last week due to suspected spam activity AOL locked my AOL account. I took everything to Apple store and everything is set up correctly on my devices. AOL tech support is no help and keeps giving me different solutions and answers, none of which has worked. Any solutions out there? All my Apple Software is up to date on all my devices

Delete your Gmail account from the Mail/Contacts/Calendars settings page, and then add it back in using the new Gmail password.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

When I try to open firefox, I get a message that says, "firefox is already running" and to close it or restart my computer when it is NOT running, so I can't get on the internet through firefox. What is wrong?

The information box pops up when I click on my desktop icon for firefox as well as if I try to access it in other ways. I have restarted my computer. I have tried removing firefox and redownloading it. No matter what I do, it still gives me a box saying it is already running, but not responding. When I pull up my taks bar, it is not running! I can't close it as the box suggests because it is not open to do it. I just keep getting a box saying it is already running no matter what I try to do, even though it is not running.

I have tried everything I could to fix this, but some things require actually being on Firefox, and since I cannot get on, I cannot click on the tabs to do it. I have even totally uninstalled firefox, and that has not fixed this. I still get the same message that firefox is running and I need to close it or restart (which I have also tried dozens of times). I have removed things like Java, and that has not helped either. If I cannot even get on line in firefox, how can I fix this. I am not crazy about using internet explorer, but right now, it is my only option. I even tried to start in safe mode, and the same message box pops up!

In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever.
