I am getting duplicate emails

I have a .me account, that seems to be separate from my iCloud account. I still you my .me email address which I don't plan on giving up. When I try to delete emails on my computer where I had my .me account popped to, which now seems to be the icloud account. I try deleting the emails from my computer but they keep reappearing everytime I do that.. If I go to my icloud and delete them there, they seem to be removed properly as well as deleting them from my iPhone seems to work as well.. Am I missing a setting on my computer, so that I can delete from my computer and it will delete across the board??

That's fine.
On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud. Switch Mail off then back on.
Same with your iPhone. Tap Settings > iCloud. Swtich Mail off then back on.
Restart the Mac.
Restart your iPhone. Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Hopefully that will prevent duplications.

TS3276 Getting duplicate emails including ones that I just trashed.

After rebuilding my mac mail I start getting duplicate emails including ones that I just trashed. How do I resolve this.?

10.5.8 & even 10.4.1 can talk to iCloud Mail, (no other syncing is available though), but iCloud is IMAP only, as far I know.
To be safe,
On Mail...
First Quit Mail, then I'd backup these two Mail folders, by right clicking on them in the Finder, then choose Archive/Compress.
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail Downloads
(Could be a different folder here if you chose such in Mail Prefs)
Right click on that Mail folder, choose archive, you'll get everything in the folder, and the folder itself in a file called Mail.zip, move it to a safe place, same for the Mail Downloads folder... only the plist is separate.
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist
Once we have those backed up we can try deleting again, at least the POP account, trashing IMAP may either delete it on the Server too, or redo it on the computer.

Getting duplicate emails from SharePoint Report Library subscription.
Users are subscribed for each item in Report Library and it is scheduled to send email at 3 PM every day.
But, intermittently users are getting duplicate emails.
Please let me know on how to troubleshoot...

If you have Exchange, you can track the email from there to see if that yields any value. You can also turn up the diagnostic logging in Central Admin -> Monitoring -> Configure diagnostic logging -> SQL Server Reporting Services, and selecting:
Report Server Email Extension
Report Server Schedule
Report Server Subscription
Turn them up to Verbose in the Trace log, then monitor the ULS log when you identify a user who has received duplicate emails.

How can I stop getting duplicate emails?

I've been getting duplicate emails for as long as I can remember. I've tried the suggestions I've found on these forums, including getting rid of MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded2 from the three mail accounts I use. I have two domains of my own, and my .mac email account, and the duplicates occur with all three accounts - and it's driving me crazy!
I don't get duplicates of all my emails, and it seems quite random, but it does happen a lot.
This happens on my G4 laptop at home, and also on my G5 iMac at work.
I am anxious for a solution that actually works, because nothing I've seen suggested or tried has helped.

David, the problem appears to be that random messages are downloaded more than once from a server (it could be any of my three servers, two of which are my own domains, and the third of which is my .mac account, which is set up as a .mac account rather than a POP account).
I did notice this, and wouldn't be surprised if it's the cause of the problems: on my home machine, in the ~/library/mail folder, there are three POP account folders.
Two of them match my current email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]), while the third is labelled "[email protected]@mail.hrksf.com,"
even though I currently use [email protected] rather than [email protected] With me so far?
On my work machine, in the ~/library/mail folder, there are two POP account folders. One is actually for a domain that no longer exists, the other is the same as #3 above - [email protected]@mail.hrksf.com. Somehow, mail.app is using these two folders to download my mail. I have tried deleting the folders but mail.app recreates them. I'm not at work to check at the moment, but I don't think either of those folders contains a MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded2 file.
I don't know if it matters that these folders don't match my accounts, but I imagine that it does. Any ideas?

Getting DUPLICATE email attachments of videos taken

I took video using the phone's own camera app and forwarded it to my email ONCE. Now, I am getting duplicate emails of this same video attachment every time I open my email. Has anyone experienced this? How can I fix it?
Also, every time I open my email, it says "Cannot Send Mail - An error occurred while delivering this message." Then at the bottom it keeps saying "Sending 2 of 6" or "Sending 1 of 6", etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Both issues are ones normally experienced when there is an issue with the mail account not the iPhone...
If you've already tried a hard reset...then I'd remove the mail account from iPhone...then add it back....this usually fixes synchro and dup item issues...

Some external Users are getting Duplicate Emails from our domain. I have Exchange 2013 and is properly configured. A user reported me that, I sent one email to the other domain's user, and it was delivered twice after 1 or 2 hours. I checked the Message
track log on exchange servers and email was resubmitted and sent from the edge server after 2 hours.
I have no idea why this is happening? can you please help me on this issue.

Maybe some hidden rules cause this, I suggest use MFCMapi tool to double check whether there is any hidden rules exist.

My recommendation would be to go to iTunes on the computer, under LIBRARY find the APPS tab and at the bottom it should say 9 Available Updates. Click on this, then you can update them from iTunes. To get them on your phone, go to Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync (if you have iCloud set up).

Do you see duplicates if you setup mail on your computer? This will help isolate the problem a bit, to find out if it's just with the iPad.

I too am getting duplicates of messages in my Yahoo POP account in Apple Mail. None of my other POP accounts are experiencing the same issues. If I delete the duplicates Mail tries to redownload all messages again (which is a pain because it is over 5000 messages). I am running 10.5.1. I should note this has happened in the past but went away on its own, never has it been this persistent.

I am getting what seem to be random duplicates of emails in my Inbox. I have changed nothing in my email preferences nor have I set any rules that ask for duplicates. I am not having any mail forwarded to me from any other email account. All of my email comes to me through a local email server where I recently set a filter to automatically delete a particular recurring spam. Bigpond have been outsourcing their mail through Micrisift outlook.com. This service appears to have some issues, as I to have duplicated mails at time from Outlook.com.
Basically I think the service has issues. Normaly I would disable email scanning in the anti virus product, and it might help in your case, but as I have issues with a single account out of 22mail account around the world I just blame the outlook.com POP service for being less than stable.
As IMAP is the mail protocol supported by Windows 8 and therefore important to Microsoft from a marketing perspective, I have not heard of any issues with it. and my test IMAP account on OUTLOOK.com does not suffer from the issue.
I do not have an outsourced Bigpond account to comment on, I only have the old Bigpond mail and that is stable with no duplicates.
