I am getting sync problems with Exchange Server and local outlook. Error code is 18439. Does anybody have an idea what the problem might be?
I am using Outlook on my Imac, which is linked to the Windows Exchange Server. All off a sudden I keep receiving messages saying that the message Re: xxxx cannot be synchronized with the exchange server. When I delete the message from my local mail box, all is fine, but after a while another one pops up. The error code is 18493. Does anyone have an idea what could be going wrong???

I get the same error, but I cannot figure it out too. I hope you or I get some responses back! I do not know why there isnt an edit feature in outlook to acknowledge the individual alarm so it does not alarm again!

I did disable the security (AVG and Zone Alarm) when I tried on my own PC. My wife's laptop which eventually got it working also uses AVG and Zone Alarm but on an XP O/S whereas my PC is Vista - maybe this is why.

Time Machine will not let me restore from backups after June, 2013. I can see the files on the external hard drive but Time Machine skips all of them and goes back to June, 2013. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

What if the problem with their device is that it requires a new-fangled "grounded" outlet and your circa 1890 house doesn't have grounded outlets. Would you refuse to purchase a $ 25 adapter on principle? -
Macbook pro keeps cutting out then wont turn on for a while then when it does same thing happens! Happens with charger plugged in or not and green charge light stays on even when it cuts out and cant be turned on! Does any1 have any idea what the problem is?

My ipad is connected to my wifi, however when i try to sign my ipad into facetime is says that it is having trouble connecting. I use my wifi to get on the internet on my iPad so i have no idea what the problem is. Help Me
- Did it successfully connect to the network before?
- Do other devices successfully connect to the network now?
- Does you iPod successfully connect to other networks?
- Have you reset your iPod?
Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset network connections: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- Powered off and then back on your router

-When you restored you iPod did you restore to factory defaults/new iPod? If not try that.
- If you look at the network properties on the iPod what IP address is assigned when you think you are connected but actually have no internet connection. If it starts with 169 then the iPod never connected to the router, the 169 address are self assigned. -
I have a black MacBook from 2008 and tried downloading snow leopard 10.6. It told me I had to restart my computer. However once I restarted my MacBook my touchpad and keyboard were not working so I am unable to sign in. I have no idea what the problem is
You cannot download the upgrade to Snow Leopard.

IPad 2 Contacts sync with Exchange server and change Outlook custom form
Following iPad synchronizing Contacts, we find that our custom form in Outlook is pushed back to the Microsoft default “IPM:Contact”.
It appears that only the first 500 [approximation] contacts are affected. There are 5k contacts and we are seeing no other patterns.
We are not expecting an iOS Contact will resemble that of MS-Contacts, at the same time we are puzzled how iPad is rejecting and then causing ActiveSync to force change to the Exchange server.
Has anyone else experienced this, and can perhaps recommend a workaround?

MAC iPad2 iOS v4.3.5 attached using ActiveSync
Exchange 2003 SP2
Users are with either Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010

While I want my work email, I don't need my contacts and would rather have mine from my mac at home. Unfortunately, you can only do one at a time. The following paragraph is from a c net review. I read the article thanks. I tried the settings-general-reset-reset network settings-reboot system-go to wifi settings-select wireless connection-select the ">"-symbol-select auto for http proxy. I was optimistic about that because I thought I changed some setting somehow to cause this problem, but it didn't work. More specifically, I did connect successfully and browsed the Internet for a good while, but then I put down the phone for a minute, the phone went into sleep/power save mode, and when I picked it back up a moment later it was no longer connected. Dang. Had to select the connection and use my password yet again.
Another valuable bit of info for you. The only network with which I have this problem is my home. I use all kinds of devices at home and no other devices have this problem. Also, I use this iPhone all over with various wifi networks at hotels and starbucks and family's homes with no issues whatsoever. It remembers and automatically reconnects with every wireless network except the one in my own house. -

Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
Back up all data on the internal drive(s) before you hand over your computer to anyone. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional—ask if you need guidance.

I have a Macbook Pro model MA896LL.
Unfortunately I shut the screen without powering the machine off or putting it to sleep and now I get no video. I can hear the machine chiming on and off but there is no video on the screen. Try doing a Parameter RAM reset - hold down command/option/p/r keys at start up and wait for three chimes before releasing the keys. -
This afternoon I was used my iPhone 3G. I then put it aside (it was left on) for about an hour. When I went to use it again, nothing happens. The home button will not call up the lock screen. The lock button will not turn the phone on, off, or lock it. When I plug it into iTunes, it recognizes it to sync. Also if someone tries to call me it will ring on their end, but nothing on my end.
The iPhone is over two years old (purchased in April 2009), so it is out of warranty. Also, everything is up to date on the iPhone.
Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be?

If you have a 3G you cannot update beyond iOS 4.2.1. The 3G is over 4 years old an was discontinued over 2 1/2 years ago. You need the latest ios to run the latest versions of some apps. If you have a 3GS you can update.
If your phone is not responding, reset it by pressing and holding down both the home button ad lock/ sleep button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. -

Based on your description, I understand that this issue (C drive gets always full) occurred after Exchange
Server 2013 installed.

But my exchange server is installed in different Drive (EX: D)
I suggest that you should check file system to see what folders or files are taking up the space recently.
This issue may be not related to Exchange server.

As I know, Microsoft does not provide any kind of inbuilt tool or free software to only view OST file, even without the connectivity with exchange server (Offline).
Try SysTools OST Viewer freeware which helps you to view all OST file save at your system in an easy way, whether you want to see the attachments or other items of OST file.
Note: This is a free inbuilt utility, but try it on your own risk as I am not much aware about it and its working. But this tool sounds good according to your requirement and hopefully it would give you 100% satisfaction.

I have a Macbook with OS 10.6.8 using Itunes 10.4.1 to sync my Iphone4. The itunes do not sync my contacts ... No error messages .... nothing ... just do not work ... However, It is working for apps, calendar and email. Does anybody have a clue what is going on ? tks
