I am getting the "we had difficulties" message. What am I doing wrong?

Here is my feed I am trying to submit: http://feeds.feedburner.com/OklahomaCraftBeer

Only your top episode has any playable media, so iTunes won't display the others.
The top episode has two 'enclosure' tags containing the URLs of your MP3 files; you are only allowed one 'enclosure' tag per episode and iTunes will ignore the second one.
The first 'enclosure' tag's URL begins with https (encrypted connection) - the Store cannot handle this, and you must change it to http.
The second 'enclosure' tag does use http but will not appear - you need to make this part of a separate episode.
Mixing episodes with and without playable media can cause problems - iTunes will ignore the latter, and if the method you are using to create your feed limits the number of episodes in it, you will find iTunes losing episodes rather quickly. It's better to keep blog and podcast feed separate. However what you have should work, once you have corrected the issued I've mentioned.
