  • I keep getting the "You've been signed out" message - Cannot login to download apps

I keep getting the "You've been signed out" message, even after the CC update. I created a new account today, and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC, but nothing has changed.
Can't log into my account = can't download or access the apps I need for work.
After checking the forums, this seems to have happened to quite a few people. I wouldn't be so antsy if it weren't for the fact that I need to access a project immediately.
The chat isn't working, so someone PLEASE HELP!!
    Val

Ok, so I had to resort to Twitter, but a lovely person by the name of Britt at @AdobeCare gave me a hand we were able to solve the issue. I'm posting the links she sent me, hopefully they'll be of use to anyone who encounters the same issue.
Solution 2 is what did it for me:
    http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html
I'm on a Mac, and the only problem I encountered was that I couldn't reach the Library folder from my User Name (I think the folder was hidden) which was preventing me from finding the opm.db file that needed to be deleted.
If this happens to you, try this:
Open Finder, click Go (next to File, View, Edit, etc) and click Go to Folder...
Then type in /Users/[insert your profile name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
That'll reveal the opm.db that needs to be deleted.
Click here for other ways to find the hidden folder: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html
This is what ultimately worked for me. After deleting that .db file, I relaunched CC and signed in without a problem.
Hope this is useful to someone!

  • You have been logged out error message.

When I launch Adobe Creative Suite Pannel, I get the login screen. When I log in I get a "You have been logged out" error message. I changed my adobe password but the error still persists.

    Hi Copterdoc,
Please try the steps and let us know if this works.
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.

  • How I fixed: You have been signed out problem in 2 minutes!

Very frustratingly I was having the same problem with Creative Cloud saying you have been signed out all the time, so I was reading through the forum and got some ideas, so this is what I did and finally I can get back to work and hopefully help some of you solve this problem too:
    1. Completely uninstall CC from your computer. Also remove the exe. file from the previous download in your downloads folder, just to be save.
    2. Download the Adobe cleaner tool.
    3. Use the Adobe cleaner tool and select on the questions to remove ALL files. Make sure you have backed up important docs or images before doing this.
    4. Restart your computer.
    5. Download Adobe CC again.
    6. Accept terms and conditions.
    7. Sign in and whoala - Happiness!!
Hope this helps some of you too.
    Adel

Again, the "you've been signed out" strikes again!
This is becoming very-very-very annoying, Adobe. I am starting to think about you with very-very-very bad words.
As earlier this year, I have used the Adobe Cleaner Tool, got everything wiped, after that, cleaned my computer... Last time, I have also reinstalled the entire system. Clean Windows. New and updated drivers. This have happend last week. Everything worked great.
Today, the Creative Cloud it is once again a troll.
I am convinced that this tool, as good and professional can be, doesn't deserve that much attention. I will not continue to use payed Adobe products. I know that it is not nice to do that, but when such a big company as Adobe consider that a minor bug as this one can be resolved by users by work-arrounds, repetedly and without any sence, and paying for that also, I start consider Adobe a scam company.
    So, P-H-A-C-K-Y-O-U, Adobe!

  • You have been signed out from iMessage because your AppleID or password has been changed

I can not connact to iMessage. The following message is displayed after entering Apple ID and Password.
"You have been signed out from iMessage because your Apple ID or Password has been changed."
    Apple ID is confirmed.
Date and time and country setting o.k.
Apple ID works to buy things in the apple store.
Imassege works with the ID from my father.
    Thank you

Another problem with Firefox is that if I'm typing up a long paragraph in my Yahoo email that takes about 10-15 minutes or more, then when I hit send, I get a Yahoo sign in page. All that typing is gone!! Now I have to type the whole thing over again, if I can remember it. It's pain in the butt!!
I've learned the hard way that any time I use Firefox, I have to copy & paste it to Notepad, sign back in, and paste it in my email, and hit send before it happens again. I don't have this problem w/I.E. The problem I do have w/I.E. is that it takes forever to work. That's why I went to Firefox but now Firefox has problems.

I only have one account with apple and the software was preinstalled when I purchased my macbook in Aug 2012 with that account. Has anyone had this problem or know how to find out what account apple needs?

You log into the App store using the same Apple ID you used to set the computer up, verify that none of your apps are hidden and that they have all be accepted and then download and install the update
for help contact the App store support - link is on the right ot the App store window

  • "You have been signed out of Skype, please sign in...

This message, "You have been signed out of Skype, please sign into an Xbox account to use Skype." has been coming up whenever I've been trying to sign into Skype on the Xbox One...Not sure what happened but all it's giving me is the "Sign in" button, but all it does is just loop me back to the same message... Please help.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

This took me forever to work out but what you need to do is merge your xbox live account and skype account. You can't do it on the Xbox because of the loop so you have to do it on your PC or Laptop.
If you have Windows 7 just follow these directions:
    https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12081/how-do-i-sign-in-to-skype-for-windows-desktop-with-my-micro...
If you have windows 8 just follow these directions:
    https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12168/how-do-i-sign-in-to-skype-with-my-microsoft-account-windows...
I hope this works for all of you and merges your accounts properly because it was doing my head in. It worked for me and then I could just sign straight into my Skype on Xbox One.

  • What does this statement mean: "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue?"

I am able to make it to the site for about 2 seconds and then I am quickly logged off and the statement, "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue."
I don't have a clue as to the problem but since this is impacting my participation in these classes and ultimately could have a negative impact on my grade, I am more than a little concerned!
