    If a power cycle of the TC works then the issue is simply Lion.. and there is as yet no fix.. and may never be..
    Apple do not seem to acknowledge the issue but plenty of people have it.. It doesn't happen with SL.. one very good reason to not bother with Lion.. Maybe ML will fix it.. without Apple having to ever admit an issue.
    In the meantime, if possible downgrade TC to 7.5.2 .. it has less issues than 7.6 or later.
    Reset the TC and change all names, TC and wireless names, to short, no spaces, no special characters.
    If it is the main router, set the dhcp lease to a short time.. 10min I recommend.
    The above will probably not fix the issue.. but it might go a bit longer before a reboot is needed.. going back to SL would fix it.

    In Mac OS X v10.7, the $HOME/Library folder is a hidden folder.
    Open Finder and use one of these:
    * Go > Go To Folder (Shift-Command-G) and in the dialog type: ~/Library
    * Open the "Go" menu and hold down the Option key to make the Library appear
    You can also use this command in a Terminal window to remove the hidden flag.
    * Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Terminal
    * chflags nohidden ~/Library

    Hello johnc1936,
    Thanks for the question, and welcome to Apple Support Communities.
    It sounds like we may need to recreate your iTunes Library.itl file. The following article outlines how to do so:

    This is an Alert when I open the browser. It isn't functioning at all. I've cleared ample space on my C drive, but I cannot find the application's profile directory to check the read/write restrictions.

  • I get this message when I start up mozzila firefox

    A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

    That appears to be a problem with a Kaspersky add-on for Firefox. A check on the Kaspersky forums recommended uninstalling and re-installing Kaspersky.
    You can also try disabling the Kaspersky extension in Firefox to see if it helps. In the Tools menu select Add-ons. Go to the Extensions section, click on the Kaspersky extension in the list, then click on Disable. If the proiblem goes away when you restart Firefox it will confirm that this add-on is causing the problem.

  • IGet this message when I start firefox, TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined

    upgraded firefox a couple of days ago now i get this error message, and the upgrade file starts to download again.
    message ; TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined

    This type of error is usually caused by an add-on you've installed. It could be anything from an antivirus link scanner like AVG Safe Search, or McAfee Site Advisor, or something similar.
    Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.

    The problem is specific to Firefox as i can do anything in any other program without it only when i open firefox. Tried re-downloading the program and still happens

    Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
