I am have a lots of problem with push and notification. Its anyone else having this problem. This is very frustrating.
Hello . I don't know what to do anymore. I am having problem with push and notification. I have to go into the apple mail app to see my email. This is crazy. Is anyone out there with the same issues?
If it's happening on all apps that you've downloaded, but not on the Apple built-in apps, then try downloading any free app as that appears to reset something - you can then re-try your apps, and you can delete the free app.
If it's only happening on one or two apps then try closing them completely : from the home screen (i.e. not with any of the affected apps 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the apps to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Updates are supposed to improve the device! Can you check your messages to make sure that there are not any messages appearing in bold black? Place the device in the safe mode to see if the messages will clear http://vz.to/1hzeXFt .

Installed 10.5 and when I go to my libary list to click open the selcted name (recently played, purchased, videos and etc.) I get a "restricted symbol" and it won't open. I have to open in a totally different way now. Anyone else having this problem? Can figure out what happened!!
1) When I go to the apple.com website my computer will either be really slow or freeze my whole system down to where I have to reboot my computer again. This does not happen all the time but when it does operate it is molasses slow.

I have downloaded the new iTunes 10.7 on my computer with windows vista on it. Now every time I try to run a video it shuts off iTunes. Is anyone else having this problem? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice. Is there a fix? Is it possible I am missing part of the program?

IF RESET DOESN'T WORK, FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTunes and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

Using windows 8 - receive message "ipod detected but cannot be identified properly" when connecting ipod nano 7th gen. Have unisntalled and reinstalled itunes from apple site as advised with no luck. Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it please?

Two days ago my iPad 3 and IPad 2 started to crash very unexpectedly. Both iPads have wifi and cellular and both are running iOS 7.0.2. I will be working and suddenly the screen just wipes to black and then the big white Apple appears as if I have done a hard reset. The iPads always come back, but the crashes and unexpected app closures are happening with greater frequency. It happens more with the iPad 3 than with the iPad 2. Until two day ago both iPads had been very stable. I don't keep a lot of apps open and I have plenty of GB of free space. I do hard resets after each event, doesn't help the situation. Did Apple do some kind of update to the OS in the last few days? I was just getting used to the new OS and this is very frustrating. Anyone else having this problem, have a possible answer or solution? Thanks for your help.

Is anyone else having this problem? I usually attach photos from my existing camera roll when sending ecards, suddenly starting yesterday, all my photos are being rotated and coming up sideways! I use Blue Mountain.com for my ecards. I called their tech support line, they accessed my account and say they can do it no problem. It is my iPads problem!?? Any help out there. if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

My MacBook Pro (purchased in 2011) is taking 10 minutes to boot-up. It's also taking much longer to open files. I have 650 GB out of 700 GB left on my machine so it's not that I've overloaded the memory. Is anyone else having this problem?

Try rebooting the computer and restarting the device.
Try a different cable.
In rare cases fluff in the connector port can prevent proper contact with the connectors used to transfer data. An air duster or thin piece of card or plastic can be used to tease out debris if that is the problem.

Well, if they have truly disappeared then something is really messed up. For really messed up stuff, you need to set it to factory default condition, and then afterwards, restore it from your backup.

After updating my 4s to ios6, I'm having the same problems with wi-fi switching to cellular on it's own and running up my data usage.....anyone else having this problem?
The iPhone is DESIGNED to switch to cellular data when asleep, unless it's connected to a power source, in which case it will stay logged onto the WiFi network. iPhones have ALWAYS behaved this way.
Either turn cellular data off at night, or leave your phone connected to a power source to continue the WiFI.

Google Search from Within Safari
I was wondering if there was a way to turn ON Search when entering info in the google search box (not URL) within Safari. Like in Firefox it will give you searches based on your spelling. I want it like that in Safari. Any ideas? Thanks.
