I am having a weird problem with my phone every since it was updated this last time. I can sync movies from my computer to my iphone but any movies I buy with my phone I can not sync to the computer. But I redownload it to the computer and can then sync.
I for the first time since buying my iphone and ipods for almost three years am concedering getting rid of them as I am getting tired of this problem. I can sync anything from my computer to the iphone. I can not sync movies bought on the iphone to my computer. I have tried everything and spent days trying to trouble shoot. I literally have bought hundreds of movies off Itunes but will not buy any thing else until I can figure this problem out. I have uninstalled Itunes reinstalled, troubles shooted using the itunes trouble shooter and reset my phone and nothing works.
When I try to sync from my phone to the computer it says it can not be done because the iphone is not hooked up to the computer. I have only had these problesm since the new update not before. I have bought new cables twice to see if it helped and has not. Both my kids have Ipods, I have a Iphone and was planning on buying two Ipads for the kids for Christmas but not if I can fix this.
You are correct. Syncing should transfer any purchased media, including videos, from your device to your iTunes library provided your computer is authorized for the Apple ID used to make these purchases. You mentioned that you have uninstalled iTunes before, but if you didn't follow this guide exactly, uninstalling iTunes and all of its components in the order specified, it may not have been successful so you should try again: Windows XP or Windows Vista/7.

Plug your iPad into your computer, open iTunes, and click Restore. This will reset your iPad to factory settings, so make sure everything important is stored safely. Once the restore is complete, do NOT restore from your backup.
If you still have problems, take the iPad to the Apple Store or another AASP (Apple Authorised Service Provider). If you're still within warranty, any service will be of no cost. Check your serial number here or find your receipt.

I'm having a weird problem with my hard drives.
I can see 2 of my 3 external hard drives in finder. All three show up in disk utility and I can access all 3 just fine but the third doesn't show up on the side bar or or in any of the drop down lists. I've already checked the finder preference boxes to show all the drives and restarted but this has been persistent. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I am still having LR4.2 problems with app crash when launching plusloading images 'losing the source
this has another thread, but some of the entries are older.. so I am asking again. I entered this information last night.
I am having intermittent app crashes on booting lightroom4.2. It happens whether I just open it, or if I import pictures. the second try is usually successful.
Also, lightroom 'loses the source' while importing images. After all the thumbnails load, it loses the source. This was a problem previously only with selecting images to import, nwt it happens all the time on import.

most of the time i can exclude a row of images or include only a row, but i cant select a few at random to be imported. -
When this occurs, Internet Explorer usually will start, but sometimes it is affected also and similarly will not start until the laptop is re-booted. I have tried all possible ways of starting Firefox but there doesn't seem to be any difference. Occasionally Firefox will start after some other work is done on the laptop without re-booting. Other work requiring an internet connection (updates mostly) do not seem to be affected ie. they work OK even when Firefox and Internet Explorer won't start. When I say "won't start" there is no message or anything, they just won't start.

Hi, I read the post about calibration and I probably do that a little too often TBH! As I get so little time out the battery and mainly use my MBP on my lap, usually with the power supply near by, it gets charged to full, run to empty to the point of sleep, or sometimes it even cuts out and then is recharged to full again, so I really think it's new battery time. I've seen non Apple Official ones for between £35 and £65 that have 3 year warranties and state they are around 5200mh but am unsure due to reviews.

Anyway's I have now ordered a non Apple replacement from Amazon for about £35 and it has several good reviews and 4.5 out of 5 stars so I'll see if it works and report back. If it doesn't I'll send it back and get the Official Apple one.

Problems with Oracle FailSafe - Primary node not failing over the DB to the
I am using 11.1.0.7 on Windows 64 bit OS, two nodes clustered at OS level. The Cluster is working fine at Windows level and the shared drive fails over. However, the database does not failover when the primary node is shutdown or restarted.
The Oracle software is on local drive on each box. The Oracle DB files and Logs are on shared drive.Is the database listed in your cluster group that you are failing over?

Thanks.Reloading the page usually doesn't work. You will need to open the Java Console and clear classloader cache (x). You can also use appletviewer for testing purposes.

I having some weird problems with my new battery. I changed the old battery (that died) for a brand new one. The first problem was: the mac didn't recognized the new battery in a macbook pro 13 early 2011. So, I putted the battery in a another macbook pro 13 mid 2010 and worked. So, I passed the battery again to macbook early 2011 and worked fine. I thought this very weird, but it is ok. The big problem came after: about two or three days of regular use, the mac just didn't turn on (I'm sure the battery charge was full). Even the battery charge button didn't work, like as the battery didn't stay there. However, if I shake the mac, something happen and the battery start to work normally. few minutes after (around 15 minutes), the mac shut down immediately, like as someone disconnect the battery from MB. If I shake the mac, the same thing happen again, few minutes after the mac turn off. The other strange fact is: if I open the mac, disconnect and reconnect the cable of battery (that connect with MB), the mac start work properly and 2 or 3 days after the problem go back.
Anyone has a clue?
I'm not confident about a bad contact problem of the cable with the MB, because the problem is repeated with some regularity of days (ever 2 or 3 days after connect the cable to MB).
I guess could be a problem in the logic board of the battery... What do you think could be? If the problem is because the logic board, is there a solution?

If I send one message and the MDB is doing ok. But when I send second message to the same queue and the first message is still be processing, the instance of MDB which processing the first message was interrupted by second MDB instance. The value of variables in first instance was changed by second MDB instance. Then I got lots of SQLExceptions because of this.
Looks like two MDB instances were sharing the same memory! I am not sure what I did is wrong. If I send second message after the first is finished, I got no problem.
BTW, I use XAConnectionFactory and AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE. I have 10 beans in the session pool. I am using Queue, not Topic.

in instance variables, you are going to have problems with concurrency. Make
the variables local to the onMessage() routine.

Hi all, I have a weird problem with my audigy 4. When I install the Nvidia IDE and Sata driver for my motherboard, I get sound problem in BF2, It glitches, I don't here my gun, well it's all ****ed up. Does anyone know why?Thanks in advance.
I have had every iphone model ever made. I have never had a problem like this before. It appears that there are small spots all over the screen. Not to be confused with the "yellow spots" other iphone 4 user have been reporting due to the glue not drying before they reached the customer. This is a different type of spot. I would compare it to a petrie dish that scientist test for things in.
The only thing I can think of is something is happening with the coating over the glass (oleophobic coating maybe braking down?). It only happened on the front screen and not the back glass. You can get the spots to go away when you use a micro fiber cloth to remove the natural oil from your face against the phone. The minute you start using the phone again, they appear. They are kinda annoying and make your phone screen look dirty and have a weird glare in it when your in the sun.
I made an appointment tomorrow to go to the apple store to see what they can tell me. Hope fully its nothing major. The worst thing that could happen is the phone gets replaces by another. Ill keep everyone update. -
Weird Problem With My Ipod. Can you help?
I'm having a weird problem with my ipod and I hope someone here can help. I have a Nano, 4 GB. I got it back in June, so I haven't even had it 6 months yet. Ever since I "updated" the software, it hasn't worked right. It kept freezing on me and saying I had no songs on it. Finally when I reset it through iTunes and loaded brand new songs in it, it froze half way loading. I loaded it for a 3rd time and now it's making a weird alarm sound for no apparant reason. The buttons are stuck and I can't shut it off. It just keeps making this sound and it won't stop. When I reset it by holding menu & select, it resets, is fine for about 20 seconds, then starts back with this alarm. Is there anyone that can help me with this?

It keeps endless loop.
It happened on the way of iPod nano firmware update to 1.1.1. from 1.0.2.
Instead of completing firmware updated, the above symptom happend in my case.
I could exit the above condition by pressing both of SELECT &
PLAY button 5-10 seconds long.
It manually change DISK Mode.
