I am having issues on Snapfish, I got all my pictures uploaded, now it doesn't let me create a calendar?

The same thing happened to me on Walmart's Photo site back a couple weeks ago.

Wow that was really quick, thank you so much. Im not sure at all which version it was because i said it was around 4 years ago he bought it. I know it isn't under his username, since he's a PC person (ugh) so i know its probably registered to one of our actual names. isn't there some way to look it up since we did register it, because I'm not even sure where the disks are from when we bought it (we've moved a lot and also have two storage lockers, i know i would have kept it with other disks) but my cd rom drive is actually broken on my computer as well ( i think it got stepped on and is now squished and won't eject or run disks.)
So is there anyway they can look up that its registered to one of our names since we did register it when we bought and installed it, or do i really have to find the disk with some sort of proof of purchase (i know there would be no receipt after all this time)
either way, ill do what you suggested to the best of my abilities and thank you so much for answering my questions, i can't even open the program as its incompatible and find out the info from that) so I'm in a bit of a pickle and your response was so thorough and it didn't seem to be posted long enough to even write a well researched response, thanks, all the best,

Not just you. I too am having this issue including with a movie I just purchased.
If you follow mario49's advice they will eventually help you by posting the purchases to your account again (not actually fixing the current issue) but be VERY specific with them and be prepared to explain your issue about 4 times (I have taken to just copy and pasting) before they actually read what you told them and help out.
e-mail 1: Response was to explain the difference between a season pass and individual orders (even though I attached the season pass order number to the issue message).
e-mail 2: Reponse explained how to redownload episodes again (even though I had clearly stated it was a latest episode on a season pass).
e-mail 3: I may have yelled a little bit here.
e-mail 4: This one was a complaint about the pre-order that was charged but also now giving me the "you haven't paid for this" message. I attached the earlier complaint # to this one and got they same service person. This time he re-posted every episode from the above season pass to my account and my movie so I got the new episode I was looking for and about 5 others I was not.
Now I just have to go through all of this for my other 11 season passes that won't download either.

Restore Elements 7 catalog into Elements 13 that was just installed on a new PC. The hard drive structures are different. I am trying to restore this to an empty drive and when the organizer opens it is having issues finding the location of all the photos

New PC. New solid sate OS and the new photo 1tb drive. the restore and convert seemed to go smoothly. all the photos loaded. the albums although are having issues finding file locations.@ !

I have been having issues with my apple id for over a month now. Apple Itunes support tells me its due to maintenance that they cant reset my password and I cant either thru the password site they created. I cant update apps or any thing related to my acc

I have contacted apple support for itunes many many times and no results. I can tell you there support group is not us based. One person I got was in germany I believe the other in Ireland. one went on vacation the other took over and now no emails at all on the status of my account thats been locked for over a month with no resolution in site. Isnt this a publicly traded company? Does anybody know how to get a hold of the board or someone above the service providers Im dealing with or a phone number? Emails are great but there no resolution from a person that can hide behind a computer screen.

hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

Having issues with my daughters ipad mini and match. The match doesn't sem to want to connect with the itunes store. Is there anyone else unable to get the Match to work on the mini?

Ok here is the deal. I purchased match for myself from itunes from my mac and for my iphone. It worked, i assume, as it was supposed to. All the music from my library and my phone went to the cloud and my phone now has an extra 7gigs of memory that i didn't have. I decided to do the same for my daughter's new itunes account for her mini. For the mini the match was bought from her toshiba laptop and it just doesn't want to work. She will need the extra memory spce for her other interests. Am I missing something? Did I do it wrong? is there anone else experiencing the same issues?

I am having issues sending outgoing mail. All my settings are correct.

I am unable to send outgoing messages with a specific email account. I have checked my settings with both my provider (Cablevision/Optimum) and with Apple's online check system. All are the same as I am using. Any ideas?

BTW, Optimum does not support secure email (TLS, or Transport Level Security). That means that if you check email using a public WiFi network (such as optimumwifi) anyone sharing that hotspot can capture your user ID and password. So you should never allow the phone to check email at a public WiFi location (e.g., Starbucks).

Am having issues ejecting CDS. Tried all key functions. What next? Please help!

My Mac has slowly started to refuse to eject CDs. It makes the whirring noise- and sometimes they pop out, but mainly they don't.
I gave tried all the key functions- but think it's mechanical.
Any advice??!!

If you have a CD stuck in at the moment, try holding the Mac with the slot downward and shaking it slightly while pushing the eject key. Another method you may have tried is to hold down a mouse button while rebooting. You can buy Disc cCleaners, it might just be that the slot is dirty, otherwise, you can have the optical drive replaced.

HT5625 Here's my story: I "signed out" of my account on my IPAD. Then I DID NOT hit "create a new ID" - I simply filled in the top information with new email and password (the ipads new owner) - this got all set up but now when it wants to update anything

I gave my second IPAD to a friend.
I also recently changed the email associated with my own account
because I will be moving and will be unable to use that address much longer...
now I am not yet sure I can update my own apps (will it ask for old email and password?)
on the given IPAD - with the new Apple ID and password it is asking for
my present but soon to be disabled email with password - but it does not
recognize the password (i dont think it will recognize it when i upgrade as well!)

How do I straighten this mess out to be able to update all future apps on two

Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID under which they were purchased. If your friend wants to be able to manage apps on their device using their own Apple ID, they will need to delete all the apps purchased using your Apple ID and buy their own.
Hopefully, you just updated your own Apple ID with the new email and didn't make the mistake of creating a new Apple ID. If you created a new ID, stop using it now, don't buy anything using it and go back and update the ID under which you purchased your apps.

I just updated to new software, this was my first mistake, at first contacts were not there and my pics, and it deleted all my messages, after alot of research i got all this back, but now cant text, getting error "sms box is full"

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

I am still having issues with the TOC pictures. I got several chapter/section photos to show up, but can't seem to repeat this success. It is some mystery that happened during a time that I had practically given up. This should be such a simple thing. Drag and place a picture into the placeholder and it shows up in the TOC....right? Help, help help! want to get this thing done and it's taken two days of work just get some of the photos to show up. I am going to have to publish this ibook with no photos in several sections.....why can't this be simple? I have even had someone else spend hours trying to figure this out. I had the same problem myself. I got to the point where I couldn't replace the photo, of a new chapter, in the TOC. What I did was to duplicate an existing chapter that was working and was able to replace it's TOC's photo. I also found that if you try different areas of the photo you can sometimes get it to replace correctly. For example, instead of dragging the new photo to the middle of an existing photo, try dragging it to the right top corner.

Some water got into my iPhone4 and now the home button is having issues. Is there a fix for this?

As the title says, my home button is having issues that started after some water got into my iPhone4. It takes about twenty attempts before it will register that I hit the home button. It is not under warranty anymore. Any help or suggestions on how to fix the problem would be appreciated. Thanks

Take to Apple and have then check.
If it is damage you will be charged for the replacement since the warranty does not cover damage.

Altivec Fractal Carbon gives the CPU too much chance to cool down. I've got other ways to drive the CPU to sustained 100% load. Yes, the fans speed up, but it's still pretty quiet. I've run it at 100% for hours.
I like the idea of taking things gradually. If you can wait a few days before making big changes, it can make things much easier. 3-4 weeks is very conservative, but great if you have that much patience.
My Quad has been up full-time since I got it. Works perfectly.
