I have contacted apple via email and tried all the steps they have recommended and it is still not working.
I have tried disabling my McAfee and that does not work either.
Anyone that the phone number to apple express so I don't have to keep waiting for them to email within 48 hours?

I am having issues with 360 degree rotation, I have an iPhone 5 and ios 6.0.2. I have read alot about this issue online and I found out that my issue is software. I want to know if and when apple will fix this issue?
I had the same experience with a new iPhone 5 that I bought last week. Did not have a chance to measure battery life before the 6.0.2 upgrade installed but I set up my phone exactly like my 4S and immediately started running out of power after short periods. Went to Xmas get together with fully charged 5 and 4S. Heading home the iPhone 5 shut down for low battery and the 4S had 65% power. Both phones had two half phone calls on then and no data usage.
That night I fully charged the iPhone 5 and, without lighting it up, put it on my night table. Next morning I picked it up and looked at battery indicator and I had 42% charge with NO activity!
Tried it again next night and wound up with 37% charge. (Slept longer).
Today I called the carrier and reactivated the 4S. Took the 5 to Apple Store and they kindly gave me choice of new replacement phone or refund. I took the refund. Uniquely, the Apple Store said it was Verizon CDMA phones that were coming back.
The are other strings on this with temporary solutions, but from my experience with 7 firmware changes on an HTC 4G phone the problem will continue because the solution will be hardware caused. We are in the days where RTM means Rush to Market - not Release To Manufacturing.
I fear the only solution is to either wait for the next model (I did not notice a really major change in performance over the 4S in LTE heavy Seattle area) - or switch to another manufacturer.
It might be useful for these forums to indicate if you have a GSM or CDMA phone to see which have more problems.

I recently had to purchase a new iPhone 4S. I backed up my old 4s to my iMac and when I went to restore, I got this message "iTunes could not restore the iPhone because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPhone that is being restored". I just purchased the iPhone 4S today so I know it's not the phone. How can I get my information back?
If it's corrupt, generally it would be lost.
However, there is third-party software out there that can retrieve some of the data, those of which however I could not recommend as I have never done so myself.
Also, if the old 4S was running a more recent software version than the current 4S, that may cause the issue however usually iTunes tells you exactly that.

Why all of a sudden am I having difficulty sending Gmail emails? I get a send error. When I run diagnostics there is a SMTP and IMAP account for Gmail and I am not sure how to fix this.

When using Connection Doctor to see what is could be causing the issue, look for the red dots to let you know what is wrong. Then all you have to do is correct that information. You can double click on the section that is giving you issue and it will take you there. Most issues could be just password being entered incorrectly. Take a look at the article below to walk you through troubleshooting issues with Mail.

Generally, that means the phone has been jailbroken (hacked). You can try restoring it as new using iTunes. Beyond that, there's really nothing we can advise as jailbroken phones can't be supported on these forums.

Having issues with .fdf's linking to the document they were creating from in reader 9.1
I run adobe reader in a citrix enviroment. presentation server 4.0 windows 2003 SP1. We have alot of PDF forms on our file server and what users do is open up one type in the data and then click on submit at the top of the PDF then they email the .fdf that is created either to themselves or someone else on the network (this still functions in 9.1). When using AR7.0 and a user would double click on the .fdf it would automatically put the data in the form it was created from but with 9.1 it doesnt, it opens up explorer and wants you to navigate to the appropiate .PDF to insert the .fdf into. I have 3 citrix servers and I have only upgraded 1 to 9.1 for testing. If the .fdf is created in AR 7.0 it will link to the .pdf if you open the .fdf in either 7.0 or 9.1. But if the .fdf is created using 9.1 it wont link the document in either AR 7.0 or 9.1.
Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated

Ok, since the Sense 6.0 update, I keep getting one of 2 messages. The first, says that they are having issues activating my phone. The other says that my sim card is already activated.
My girlfriends One Max, resets her contact ringtones to the default one after each reset.
I have also heard of other issues ranging from contacts disappearing, to battery drain and wi-fi issues.They are almost totally random. They mainly appeared when I was receiving a call. she is just doing a soft reset. When the Sense 6.0 update rolled out, it changed my girlfriends ringtones back to stock instead of the mp3 that she had set.
My one max was a much loved device and the first HTC phone i have owned in years. (last was the droid incredible) But, the errors became more and more common, and forced me to edge up into a new phone. (LG g3 as of yesterday)
As for troubleshooting my one max while i had it. yes, i tried taking the sim card out for 30 seconds, i had the sim card replaced.....I had the phone checked out and nothing was wrong with the phone itself that the techs could find. -
We have two phones that are on verizon, share icloud, and all of a sudden, our phones keep having our texts sent to the other phones. we recently switched service from at&t. It happened early on, and now it's happening again. What do we need to do for this to stop happening?
That's because you are using the same iCloud account for iMessage on both phones. The best way to resolve it is to log out of iCloud in Settings/Messages on ONE of the phones, and create a new iCloud account just for that phone and iMessage. Leave your other settings sharing the iCloud ID so you can share music and apps, and can trace both phones with Find my iPhone.
The alternative is to go to Settings/Messages and change the addresses in "Send & Receive" so they are different for the 2 phones. -
iPad Air

I've had no success troubleshooting the problem I'm having with my iPad Air. Started after I updated the software to the new version . Once update was complete I encountered my screen looked funny with wiggly lines and then the screen turned blue. I tried to reboot it by holding down the home and the off at the same time but that only turned it off and then back on and the same thing happened all over again. Now my iPad air only continues to reboot when I turn it on. Is it possible for Apple or Mac products to get a virus? I'm hope someone has a solution to this problem I'd like to know if there's anyone else out there that's experiencing this issue with the iPad Air.This is not a virus. It sounds like it could be a hardware problem.
First, try resetting your device. Press and hold both the home button and the sleep/wake button for about 10 seconds, until the screen turns off. Ignore the slider that will appear. Release the buttons, then press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Apple logo appears. This is the equivalent of a reboot, and should not affect your data or apps.
If that doesn't help, try restoring your device from backups, and if that doesn't help, restore it to factory settings (ie, do not restore a backup). See:

If none of that helps, the issue is caused by some kind of hardware problem, and the device will need to be repaired or (more likely) replaced. -
Why does CS6 keep having issues with QT32 Server?? Im on a MAC and cannot uninstall QuickTime...
This is not the first time that CS6 has had issues with the QT32 Server.
When opening PP, it stalls on ExporterQuicktimehost.bundle, same for AE and Encoder.
How can i get rid of this issue!!!!No i don't. It seems to be connected with all the QT and h.264 codecs. But i need those codecs for my work...

I am having issues with parts of my Facebook news page not showing and games not running.
For the last three days, I have been having issues running Facebook on Firefox. First, the side panels on the news page are not showing, which means I cannot connect to games like Farmville or Bejeweled Blitz. Those side panels were showing the previous two days, but when trying to connect, I had a message about the secure setting and I would get the message "you are no longer logged onto FB, connect to FB to play".
Try clearing cache and cookies. Next make sure your plug-ins are up to date. If both do not resolve you issue try [[Safe mode]]

When I run the Apple Software update, it tells me that iCloud and iTunes have invalid signature and will not be downloaded. When I DL iTunes64setup.exe, the program will not start (there's a bar that flashes but nothing actually begins). I've done everything short of reinstalling Windows to fix this (system resore, unistalling all Apple products, taking down firewall, running Windows FixIt - which either won't find the problem or gives me an error saying that the troubleshooter cannot be downloaded at this time, going into the security features to allow programs without valid signatures, trying to install earlier versions of iTunes). It all started when I downloaded the Decemberists new album on my iPhone, and it wasn't downloading it properly so I connected it to my Dell, but some songs still wouldn't DL - also, the newest OS for my iPhone still won't install via WiFi - and so I uninstalled iTunes first, but nothing is helping. And I don't have any security issues (Norton has checked). Any ideas? I'm at my wit's end after 3 days of this. Thank you.
Ok, so after like 4 days of going through all these different issues, I figured out that several programs weren't downloading, and it was an issue with my wireless connectivity messing up the digital signatures, so if you plug in your comp to the modem and delete your temp files, it should start to work!

When I try to load the mainuiFrameset.jsp it doesn't load all of the objects in the center page. It worked fine in Firefox 3.x. Still works in ie7.

Yah, have seen the artwork not matching the song or the wrong play list come up, What I have found if you switch the display it will clear and go back to the correct order of content, (like doing a refresh). Haven't experienced the pause issues, then again I tend to just let the music play. Have you tried to reset? Nothing will be lost on your iPod. push the power and home buttons at the same time and hold a few seconds until the Apple logo appears. See if that resolves your issues. If all else fails, you could do a full restore from your computer with iTunes and restore as a new iPod, you need to backup all your stuff first, (music, pictures, etc) or you'll lose some stuff. After the restore is complete put your music, pictures, apps back on. I have made the jump to 7.0.4. I'm not seeing many issues now, things so far are running quit well. Hope this helps, Good luck!
