I am having problems exiting trial mode in Muse

Hi Jeff, I have to agree with both of the members. I too am having problems with the cloud and activation. It is very frustrating. I just purchased Muse and subscribed to the cloud but every time I open up Muse it asks me to "Buy". I thought activation was automatic after purchase ( Muse + the cloud) and there is no serial number with the order when I recieved both my bill and confirmation email. I have uninstalled and installed using the Adobe Creative Cloud Client but still prompts me to "buy" and is still not activated. Because of this I am still running the 30 day trial version and don't have all the functions available.
Although Muse is for my own personal use, I am the director of a digital imaging department at a university and we are about to upgrade everthing to CS6. I hope our tech department does not encounter any of these problems. It would be a disaster.

Branched your discussion and moved this to the Creative Cloud forum. Supergrullo it sounds more like you are having problems with your Muse account. The users in this forum may have some tips but I would also recommend contacting our support team as they can verify there is nothing happening on the backend.

"X" out of full screen mode apps without having to exit fullscreen mode

I would like to "X" out of full screen apps from the full-screen mode itself; without having to always exit manually out of fullscreen mode, and then X out in normal screen mode.

Full screen Apps use there own desktop system so there is no way to exit out of a Full screen app and leave that full screen mode running.
Now if you have more then one full screen app running when you exit one of them, IE Quit one of them, it may go to one of the others. That is IF you were using one of the others before you quit the current one.

Zen Touch Firmware v0.0.8 Anyone? Having Problem in recovery mode and need to reload firmware

As stated in subject, i need a firmware for Zen Touch, for version v0.0.8... I know the firmware is old, but i'm STUCK in the recovery mode after the player hung... I didn't back my music up yet, so, anyone here can help me with this problem? Or is it any other firmware available that is suitable to be reloaded too? Help~~

Not sure if this is addressed at me, but you can never guarantee 00% that a firmware upgrade will work. You should always keep a backup of important files on your player, which is common sense.

Having problems downloading trial of phohoshop for imac lion

I just cant seem to open the download assistant file, is Lion just not compatable?? Any help would be great!!

Hi, the problem is that my IT department was sent a link on his laptop to install Illustrator, however the request was for them to build me a workstation and install it on there. they have built the workstation and is having problem installing the CC desktop app on there, just to clarify would you be able to answer the following:
1) Do you have to have CC desktop app to install Illustrator from the given link?
2) If you have signed up & installed CC on your laptop, can you install illustrator on a workstation by simply installing the CC desktop app on the workstation, log into that with your username & activate the link to install illustrator, basically the provided link should not be specific to a computer or user?

I am having problems with the Ipad accepting my password in the secure mode in Wifi. I can get into wifi when the secure mode is off. This only started when I downloaded the lastest update for the Ipad. Anyone else having the same problems? I have rebooted the Rotar and still doesn't work.

Which secure mode are you using with your wireless network - WEP or WPA?
Have you tried forgetting this network on your iPad, and/or resetting network settings on your iPad? Both will require rejoining the network and the latter will require rejoining every wi-fi network your iPad has access to when returning within range of the network.

The sleepimage file still reappears even if never slept. Delete it (hibernate off, etc) - within minutes its back.

Try to Restore with iTunes on your computer. If this does not work, there is full Warranty. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution.

No I haven´t take it to Apple Store, i think I will actually. My iphone was jailbroken and ulocked with gevey sim, but when this failures began i decided to restore it, and I did preserve the baseband, but when I took it into one of these "Places" they told me it would be a good idea to do a clean restore and see if this fixed the problem so I upgraded my baseband, and right now my iphone is freshly restore, no jailbreak no nothing.
Btw yes something like a year ago my screen was replaces by others not by apple, but I didnt had any issues after this.. until today (a little more than a year later).

HT1349 I'm having problems downloading apps to my iPad using wifi at a McDonalds. The apps all stay in a"waiting" mode. I can't delete them or get them to install. This is the second time that this has happened. Advice?

I am having problems downloading apps while using wifi in a public setting. The apps will show up on my screen and say "waiting". They will not install. I can't even delete them from my screen. This has happened before and I had to reset my iPad to factory settings. I hope I don't have to do this again. Any advice?

Well, typically one of the fixes that I would suggest is to try to delete the waiting icons. WIFi in a public places like McDonalds, Starbucks, B&N, etc. is not the greatest and I would avoid those places for downloading and updating apps. But I do realize that not everybody has access to Wifi in their homes.
These are all things that have worked at one time or another for other users. Hopefull one of them will work for you. Just ignore whatever does not apply or anything that you have already tried.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad.
