I am having trouble Activating my old Macromedia Studio MX software (Dreamweaver and Flash)

I have installed my old software, entered the serial number properly, but when i try to activate it. It gives me a network error message.
Any ideas on how to work around this?
I tried the activation phone number, but that number is down.

MX hasn't been supported for many years and the activation servers have been gone for a long time.

You may also want to reset your network settings:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: this will delete any network related settings (saved Wi-Fi passwords, etc), it will not erase any content from your device.

Yes. AT&T has to authorize the unlock. However, they can not do so in the store. There is a process that must be followed involving restoring the phone in iTunes to complete the unlock process. How did you use the phone in between the time you bought it and the time AT&T authorized unlocking it?
WHEN did AT&T authorize unlocking it? AT&T did not begin offering unlocking until last Spring if I recall correctly.

Try signing out of the ID, restart the iPad, sign in again and then try again.
Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID>Tap the ID and sign out.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
