I am having trouble downloading apps onto my iPad2. When I try a message appears " not enough local storage this can be managed in settings.". I ave tried by deleting unused apps, but the same message appears. How can I resolve this ? Help needed pleas.

Try rebooting the iPad as well. You might be getting an inaccurate reading and rebooting might clear that up.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Boot into Safe Mode
A Safe Mode boot can take a few minutes compared to a normal boot.
Once you are in Safe Mode open System Preferences > Accounts > Login Items
If you have anything listed there to launch when you startup your Mac, delete all items.
Then go to the Apple menu / Restart.
You can also use Safe Mode to do a "live verification" of the startup disk in case it needs repairing.

You haven't opened an account with that Apple ID in iTunes. Open iTunes and log in. A dialog will appear in which you need to enter your Apple ID and/or password. Below it you should see a link for creating a new account. Click on that link to get started.

Chances are the pinnacle is producing .avi files or MPEFG1/2 streams - iTunes may know how to decode the audio but not the video. Download Handbrake and try running the Pinnacle files through it and adding to iTunes - use Universal format unless you have a specific device in mind.
Keep copies of the originals.
Another option might be to try to install Perian. Can't remember if the Apple MPEG2 plugin allows MPEG2 to be played in iTunes.

You know that you have to connect the iPad to your PC with the cable that came with it - and then iTunes should start automatically and it will guide you through the set up process?
If you have already tried to connect the iPad - and you have launched iTunes - and you still have no luck - reboot your PC and then begin the process again.

Nobody can tell you anything without knowing exact site and server specs, but I would suspect that naming the folder "html" wasn't the brightest of ideas, since that's usually a default (invisible) folder name existing somewhere on the server and the user not having privileges to overwrite it.

Open System Preferences > Displays > select the window for you external monitor > click on the Arrangement tab and check the box next to Mirror Displays. It may be slightly different in Lion, but the idea is the same.

5GB is typically not enough space to download a movie. Often, movies take from 3 - 5 GB to begin with. The only option you have is to delete more things from your iPad. You can remove unused Apps, pictures, music, text message (messages with pictures can take up a lot of space), email messages, books, magazines etc.

I've installed three times with no luck. I downloaded the Creative Cloud Packager off the licensing site: https://licensing.adobe.com. I unpacked and choose my applications. The install seemed to be successful, but I don't so any of the applications anywhere.

When I open iTunes on my new Windows 7 computer, after I have followed the tutorial on the website, I get an additional promt to "scan fror media". All the songs are copying twice. I have uninstalled the program twice and tried again with the same result. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your response. I have done this...when I open the iTunes folder copied from my old computer, each song appears only once. When I open iTunes each song appears twice. Should I uninstall the iTunes folder from my old computer and reinstall it? It make no sense that I have 2 of everything in iTunes. Make sure that both the web browser you're using and its Flash plug-in are up to date. Google Chrome has its own Flash plug-in it updates on its own. Firefox, IE and other have separate plug-ins.
