I have been having trouble with my iphone 4 for the past day . i tried to update it to 7.0.4 then the screen went blank and it keeps telling me to connect to itunes . I have connected it to 2 computers , using different cords and it doesnt recognize it . It says it is in recovery mode and i need to restore . after clicking restore it says that my iphone cannot be restored . I am very frustrated because i have been online searching for solutions all day and nothing seems to work . Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Has any of this been tried?

As stated I'm having trouble with my computer, I boot it up and within a few minutes it freezes and I have to restart it, I tried updating it to the latest mavericks but it won't finish the installation it's stuck at the end, what can I do to fix this? I need it for homework tonight.

you can try this: boot your MacBook Pro into Recovery mode by holding down a Command key and the R key as it starts up. Once the Mac OS X Utilities menu appears, select Disk Utility. On the left-hand side of the Disk Utility window, select your internal disk’s boot partition (typically called “Macintosh HD”). On the right-hand side, press the Verify Disk button if it’s not greyed out; if it is greyed out, or if it reports that errors were found, press the Repair Disk button. Once the verification/repair is completed, exit Disk Utility and select Restart from the Apple menu to restart in normal mode. Does it still freeze after a few minutes? -

If you are both on the T-mobile network, the sim card should work. If you did a Erase All Content and Settings, then she should be at the point of activation as a new device...talk to T-mobile and be sure the sim she is using is a valid sim card.

Hi I am having trouble with iTunes! Randomly when I click on a song in iTunes it changes the song title to time after time and the artist is pink.
I could click on 4 songs and they will be normal but then the 5th one will change the info to time after time.

My Macbook (13 inch 2008) running OS 10.6.8 is having trouble with some applications. Word will not even open. I cannot print from text edit or Preview or Adobe. Excel sometimes opens but very slow. What could be wrong? I have repaired permissions, used an antivirus program, deleted some old MS fonts, and still no change. I have 1 G RAM and there seems to be plenty available and I have 50 G of hard drive space empty.
Well, first 1gb of Ram is not plenty. It's the absolute bare minimum just to run OS X 10.6.8. The MS Office applications are ram hogs also. I would recommend three things.
1. Get more ram.
2. Reinstall and update your MS Office applications.
3. Reinstall Snow Leopard.

If you have Mac OS X 10.8.4 Mountain Lion installed then I would recommend using Wireless Diagnostics tool which is on your computer already.

I have been using my iPhone 4s a lot mainly for email and to text my friends. I have also noticed that my iphone seems to have recently begun freezing up. It's done this a number of times, and ive only noticed it happen after i updated the software to 5.1 version. Has anybody else been having this problem? I have takin good care of my iphone, and I care to know why my 300 dollar phone is currently being out done by any 20 dollar walgreens phone that I have had in the past.
I had major issues with the iPhone 4s battery, however it’s resolved.
The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

Unable to activate any tool except hand tool
I can choose any tool either by menu or by shortcut, but only the hand icon remains visible and active. Reopen Photoshop and rebooting mac doesn't help, only solution I have found is: Repair Disk Permissions. Would really like a simpler/faster solu
